We got there at minutes past and the man said he had given our table away we said to him we just drove all the way here and spoke to your colleagues who said it was fine if your abit late.He turned us away without going to even see if there was any other seating or if we could wait minutes till someone leaves he didn't even try the staff just seemed like they were not interested never will I give these people money."

we enjoyed eating, especially the sticky toffee pudding. there is a good selection of drinks in a no fuss environment with courteous employees. I can relax in uxbridge. a popular option for families.

restaurant not for good service. click on them and do not click work wait them in the waiting line to take away order. hostess has swung. calls manager who said he was not in the position to take away because restaurant is full (really half empty). then sat people who had no reservation behind us.

prezzo uxbridge serves consistently high-quality eating with amazing employees who really care about their customers and help each other in servier and clearing tables. we have eaten here at least times and always had amazingly freshly cooked eating and salads. the garlic bread with balsamic twill and mozzarella as an appetizer and the chicken with mushroom sauce and spinat as a main, but chose an salat instead of the chips.

I was able to give a much more thorough review on the internal one as I wrote it much nearer the time however we were both so impressed from start to finish. We were walk ins on a busy Saturday night. They found us an...ideal table and as we were so central to the resturaujt and kitchen it felt at times like we were behind the scenes. Pizza express is usually our go too on breaks but after awful experiences we changed to prezzo and I'm so glad we did. I'm sure all prezzo are good but this one went above and beyond. Cared for like an independent resturaunt but with the quality and service of a chain. Very well done to everyone on shift Saturday night around we were really impressed
