"Lovely belated birthday meal. We ordered and thought we may have been forgotten nearly had to ask but it came along. I had the new chicken alfresco, luke warm, chips were scording hot had to wait abit to hot, partner had ham and mascapone pizza, there wasn't very much parsley just a dab and pizza was practically tasteless. She was very lovely hostress with us just food let us down. Such a shame as we love the place."

"We 'd been meaning to go to Crafthouse for a while and finally managed it for a Sunday lunch on a blustery Sunday the offer was very reasonable compared to some prices £25 for 2 courses. We came up in the private elevator from the road a nice touch; but then were left waiting in a corridor for 5 minutes whilst staff rushed around a half full dining room, then taken straight to our seats in the bar side of the restaurant we would have had a view of Boar lane and South Leeds if the blinds across the windows hadn 't;t all been fully down I can appreciate there would have been some glare earlier in the day, but the sun had already set when we arrived and so half our view was of greige. Service was a bit 'by the numbers ' there was a set order they worked in and we wouldn 't be allowed to order food at the same time as a drink even though we were ready. Starters were OK cured salmon was tasty and well presented, though the accompanying slice of brioche looked a little mean and unevenly toasted; the prawn cocktail was very salty prawns with a limp and tired salad and not enough Marie Rose. Mains were where it all fell apart we were offered beef or lamb either well done or pink and both settled on well, as medium was not allowed; Both meats arrived rare, and though tasty were very tough and gristly cuts, with a lot of visible fat around and through the meat. Veg were OK, though didn 't;t feel particularly freshly cooked. With a (very good) rum old fashioned at £18 the total came to £76 including a 12.5% service charge. Ambiance was noisy, with some dance ish music a bit too loud for my tastes perhaps closing the door on the very noisy group in the glassed off 'private ' dining room would have helped. I 'm glad we went, but there are much better options for the price, or less don;t think we 'll return."

"I visited recently with my sister and we were both very impressed. I had curry and my sister had ravioli, both meals were excellent! There is something for everyone including loads of choice for vegetarians. They also serve some yummy cocktails. The staff were really welcoming and attentive. Absolutely can't fault this place and highly recommend it."

"We went to Chance restaurant before the movie. The staff found us a table even though we didn't have a reservation. Everyone was very nice. The food was delicious and paired well with the wine. The service was as excellent as the meal, which included tasty pasta and more. Highly recommend."

"If your looking for a simple family restaurant with quick simple Italian food then you could try this place, but I would still look elsewhere. We ordered the pasta with gorgonzola cheese sauce, broccoli, and chicken, garlic bread, and a ceasar salad. The pasta was ample serving, but the quality was lack luster. The sauce was almost clear and seriously lacking flavor. The cheese garlic bread looked more like a naan bread, but with very little garlic. The salad was fine, they used the correct lettuce and the dressing had flavor. The restaurant overall just looked poorly cared for and unclean. The ladies bathroom was especially unclean and there is no heat in the bathrooms. The only good thing was the service which was good, but would definitely not return or recommend it."

"Booked to come here to celebrate my Birthday with family. Have to admit, I haven't visited here since before 2019, my expectations were exceeded. They were most accommodating, due to the fact that some of my family members sadly became ill, so could not attend, however after informing Fiume, they were most gracious adjusted our table dinning requirements accordingly. The restaurant was very busy, however, that certainly didn't detract from the excellent attentive service that we received. From our starters of Crespella Ai Funghi E Salsiccia, to our mains of whole Seabass Flambe Di Gamberi, our food was superb, along with the very attentive waitress that looked after our table for our food drinks. It was quite a night, due to the fact that there must have been at least 6 other Birthday parties celebrating there, which was unusual to experience so many, . . just shows what a popular Italian Restaurant this really is. Thank You to all the staff chefs Fiume Italian Bar Restaurant, for making my Birthday celebrations an evening to remember. We'll definitely be back very soon."

"Waited a while to be noticed and seated. Waited a while to order my drink. Waited a while for the drink (blood orange lemomade). Ordered a chicken burger and truffle fries, waited about 30 mins for this to come and when it did it was cold. The burger was luke warm and soggy, the chips were hard and cold, the food had obviously been sitting there for some time. I was really hungry, so I ate the food and (nice big portion of chicken, but soggy bun and cold) and I couldn't wait to get bill. I would have sent it back, but I just wanted to eat and get out. I will not be returning, will be going to the independent Italian restaurant next door but one next time. I came here as I had a discount voucher. Maybe they don't employ enough staff to run the restaurant... an awful lot of waiting for burger and chips."

"I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. We booked a table for 7:30. We stood at the entrance for over 10 minutes and were not acknowledged all. A waitress marched in front of us countless times in a dismissive manner. I saw another person talk to a delivery driver in an appalling manner. The kitchen staff showed a horrible attitude to each other. We waited a little longer. Even my partner, who is the most patient person I have ever met, said let's go. So we ended up turning around and eating dinner somewhere else. Pizza express did not deserve the business. If someone had said hi, or “we will be with you” we would have understood. But to behave as though we were not there was unacceptable. If you want to have a dinner at Pizza Express go to the Bisboos Stortford one."

"When we turned up we were taken in a sidedoor behind the bar to be shown to our seats which were next to the bar. The bar area had boxes of wine/alcohol stacked around it with a bin for empty bottles right by our table in front of the bar. Our drinks were prepared and sat on the bar for 10 mins plus with ice melting before they were brought the 2 steps to our table. The toilets and queue for them are immediately behind the food servery!! A member of staff was eating a pizza off the food servery while dinners were being stacked there for customers! In my opinion the restaurant was poorly managed with questionable hygiene practices. Why would I want to pay £100 plus for a meal celebrating my daughter's A level results in an area that felt like a storeroom....As a result we took no photos, ate as quickly as possible and went elsewhere for coffee and dessert. In addition we were told on arrival that Tesco vouchers are no longer accepted there and it is card only. Neither of which points were on the website or conveyed to me when I booked. Thankfully we had decided against using clubcard vouchers and had taken up the birthday free prosecco voucher I had. Needless to say it will be the last money I ever spend in Prezzo! The only positive was the food, but given the state of the environment it was served in I dread to think what the kitchen was like and won't risk eating there again in a city full of lovely, more deserving restaurants!"

"A large group of us (originally 25) booked a table and had a meal here. When we got there we were warmly welcomed and seated. More people than expected turned up (31). The staff were very accommodating, getting more seats and cutlery and moving us around to fit us all in. I’ve worked in hospitality before and can appreciate how frustrating this can be! But the staff were great (even if they may have been secretly annoyed). We all ordered drinks, which was quite a feat but the man and lady were attentive and the service was quick. We ordered food, he checked it all over and made any changes to meals if people requested it very accommodating and patient. The food came and amazingly they could remember what most of us ordered which was amazing and sped up the service. There was a very short wait for food in relation to our table size and variety of orders. The food came out altogether which wasn’t expected but it was a brilliant surprise. All the staff really pulled together to make our experience great. Thank you to the servers, front of house and chefs!!"

"A group of 10 of us arrived without warning late on a Saturday afternoon in the hope of getting a late lunch. The restaurant was already fully booked however I was very impressed with the staff who worked out that a table that was already laid up for 18 wouldn't be in used for two hours so we were offered the use of that table if we were happy to leave within the two hours so they could reset it before that group turned up. The menu (as always for a Prezzo was good and varied and everyone found something they wanted and the service was quick without being rushed and was a satisfactory end to a day out that we were having. However one small criticism that I hope someone from the restaurant reads and maybe acts on. Everyone else ordered Pizza's and burgers which were great, I however chose the Crab and Lobster Ravioli which was a bit disappointing for two reasons the first thing I will say is that the Ravioli itself was very tasty however the Lobster Bisque sauce was too thin and there was too much of it which made the dish sloppy. However the big problem was the portion size, this was a main course but the number of Ravioli served would only just have been adequate as a starter. I had already ordered a side dish of fries so as soon as I saw the portion size I ordered a second portion of chips. So great service and most of the food great but just watch out for the Ravioli"

"I was able to give a much more thorough review on the internal one as I wrote it much nearer the time however we were both so impressed from start to finish. We were walk ins on a busy Saturday night. They found us an...ideal table and as we were so central to the resturaujt and kitchen it felt at times like we were behind the scenes. Pizza express is usually our go too on breaks but after awful experiences we changed to prezzo and I'm so glad we did. I'm sure all prezzo are good but this one went above and beyond. Cared for like an independent resturaunt but with the quality and service of a chain. Very well done to everyone on shift Saturday night around we were really impressed"

"The food was nice but portions were small and prices were high very high for the size of the portions we got. And several items on the menu weren't available which was a shame. There are a lot of different deals for different days which I found confusing. There didn't seem to be any deals on the day we went we were just given a menu with no mention of any deals. No ambience but that's probably because we were the only ones in there but we were eating between lunch and dinner time so that was probably why. I wouldn't go again unless we got a good deal too pricey for too little food."
