"I visited this restaurant today because it was close to a small animal hospital. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the waitress seemed to be in a bad mood and was rather unfriendly. I inquired about the restaurant being dog-friendly, as I had seen on Google that it was, but unfortunately, that was my mistake as the review specified that it was only dog-friendly outside. We opted to sit outside. The waitress either didn't appreciate my question or was unhappy that I couldn't see a sign indicating this policy. Despite her demeanor, everything else about the experience was enjoyable. I decided to forgo leaving a tip for her."

"I pass this place which is attached to Central Station several times a week: it never seems full and appears clean, unlike Costa, which is filthy, and the other station cafes offering seating, which are always full so I gave it a try ahead of a long train journey, starting in an hour. My mistake. The bill board outside boasted a good breakfast deal of a roll(unspecified filling) and coffee for around £2.50. Inside, there was one woman ahead of me, who messed about explaining her need to have a toodler 's bottle heated and asking for detailed analysis of the herbal teas. She grabbed her toddler who was running around screaming, and called another child to the counter and began asking them what they wanted! when I came to place my order, the young woman behind the counter explained the breakfast offer had expired: I asked her when and she said at 11am; I checked my watch and it was three minutes past! I ordered a bacon and egg toastie with black coffee and sat in the area up a few steps from the main cafe. 15 minutes later, I returned to the counter to tell them I was still waiting and before I could finish what I was saying, the older of the two waitresses said yes, it 's coming! It took another five minutes however, and when she brought it I reminded her of the toastie she said yes, sorry for the wait. It was almost half an hour before it came, and it was a sandwich, NOT a toastie! It really wasn 't that busy, and in the time I was there I saw that everyone had to wait ages for their food and drink to arrive. The food was below average, the service appalling and the layout upstairs a mess: a worker from the kitchen had to manoeuvre his trolley round tables and chairs to get to and from the lift. Such a good location, this place could be a real treat and a refreshing change from the chains, but it 's awful and a lost opportunity."

"My wife loved her sandwich, although she mentioned that it would have been easier to eat with a plate and cutlery due to the generous amount of filling - half of which ended up in the bag after she finished the sandwich. She suggested that a smaller size option would be a good idea, as the portion was quite large and could easily serve two people without skimping. The "pig in duvet," on the other hand, was a more modest size but packed with delicious flavors. It set a new standard for sausage rolls with its smoked bacon, tasty sausage meat, perfect spice level, and flaky yet stable pastry. The only improvement would be serving it warm. I was not a fan of the brownies, possibly because they were gluten-free. This was a bit disappointing after the amazing sausage roll. However, I will definitely be returning to try their coffee and stick to the savory options, as they were a hit."

"We had booked a table for and were seated downstairs, we placed an order for drinks and the waitress was gone as soon as we had said which bottle of wine, with no option to order anything else (like water). After the wine was...brought to the table we waited for someone to take our food order, no one came to take the food order until (after being called over). They were very apologetic and comped the wine, but the experience was kind of ruined at that point. The starters and main courses were delicious, as were the cocktails. The deserts were not great, dishes which are normally very enjoyable with odd ingredients added, to make them more unique, but which just made them unpleasant. This was a very different experience to any I’ve had here before."

"Been here many times and always have a great experience. The menu is interesting. There are a few alternatives apart from the “boring poached eggs with different seasoning”. The price is good a little bit lower than other same kind of cafe. The service is good too always friendly and attentive. Highly recommended."

"Ok I cannot complain about the coffee itself choice of espressos and served hot along with water perfect. But slow service few places to sit and then only cakes on offer. What happened to all the food options that made this place special. No melted cheese sandwiches for starters! his is what made Cairngorm stand out and a destination for coffee... now I may go if I need a fix and I am in the close vicinity optherwise I'll look elsewhere. Shame. As said in other reviews I do wonder if this is COVID enforced changes but almost every place I have been recently is severely lacking. We all understand the pressures but paying the same price for 50% of the service/product doesn't make anyone feel good."

"I reserved a table for Christmas Eve and was disappointed to find the restaurant closed when I arrived. This booking was for a birthday celebration, and I had made the reservation six weeks in advance. I even received a prompt to confirm my reservation the day before, which makes it hard to understand how I was allowed to make a booking when the restaurant was going to be closed. This was quite inconvenient and disappointing. It’s a real shame, as we usually enjoy Pho very much."

"I visited this restaurant for lunch today with a group of 5 adults and a baby. The staff were very accommodating and made room for the baby's pushchair. The restaurant has a great selection of burgers, sides, and a fantastic children's menu. We all ended up ordering the pastrami burger, which was delicious with thick slices of pastrami. I usually prefer smash-style burgers, but these thick burgers were juicy and perfectly seasoned - I might be a convert! The sides were all excellent, with crispy and fluffy chips, crisp onion rings, and cheesy mac and cheese. The restaurant is very child-friendly, with coloring sheet menus, staff willing to prepare younger babies' food, clean highchairs, and space made to accommodate families with children. The children's menu offers great prices and choices."

"Incredibly disappointing. For starters, they served our food in literal takeout boxes and gave us cardboard cutlery and single use plastic cups just why? The service was really poor. Despite being one of three tables, our food was delivered to the wrong table, and when the receiving customers highlighted the mistake, the server simply rewrapped the burgers and brought them to us (not really Covid secure given that the burgers had been unwrapped by the other table). Our server was inattentive and unprofessional we had to ask for water three times, and in the end another server had to assist, our one seemingly too busy laughing with another table for 10 minutes. The food was mostly fine, except the buffalo wings, which were shockingly bad, as well as the fact that they seemed to have run out of most of their menu. We really loved Rudy's Diner in Islington, particularly the milkshakes, which weren't available. We had even tried to call ahead but the phone line went straight to voicemail. You'd think that with so many menu items unavailable, they'd have an operational phone or an updated menu on their website at the very least! To add salt to the wound, midway through our meal, staff decided to put on uncomfortably loud music, making it really difficult to hear one another. The only redeeming feature of our experience was that, thanks to the takeout boxes, we were able to make a relatively quick escape."

"We have visited this place numerous times for coffee and lunch and it has always been amazing. Upon walking past last night we were surprised to see that the doors were open and people were sitting in side enjoying a drink and looking at a food menu. So we thought we'd pop in and have a drink. The owner was very welcoming and pleased to see us as we're fairly regular customers. He told us they are now going to be open on Friday and Saturday evening's. We sat upstairs on the roof terrace and as I expected the food was outstanding and the wine was wonderful just as their coffee is during the day. If you're looking for a nice relaxed, inviting and comfortable atmosphere to have a drink and/or a bite to eat then I would definitely recommend coming here. Very reasonably priced as well. We had a fantastic evening and will definitely be back soon!"

"was over and jammed to see if they could squeeze us in! a table was available. we were at 12 o'clock and were great to be so welcome. the owner brought us to our well placed seat near the open kitchen. charlie has taken our drink order. then we searched the well set menu. a series of delicious sounding diners. two vegetarian options, so we decided for them plus a burger and a roast beef. the price is on the more expensive side, but the quality of the ingredients and the generous part soon made them appreciate why! a very nice chef elvis (big guy) takes care of the food served. we all loved our head. Unfortunately, the desert menu was also very tempting, so that also three of them ordered. our daughter has ever said the best brownie! so all in a great experience. we'll be back soon."

"This is a fantastic local business that hits all the right spots; they actively collaborate with other businesses in the area, the staff are friendly, it's progressive, and has a great selection of regional products. The food is tasty and the coffee is good. The only downside is the closing time feels a bit early, though it is a lunchtime venue, and sometimes they scarcely stocked of its been a busy day but less waste, right?? Definitely recommend if you find yourself out in West Didsbury or a patient or family from one of the nearby hospitals."

"I'm a frequent visitor to this café! They offer a great selection of classic dishes adapted for vegetarian and vegan diets, making the menu familiar and accessible for everyone. The daily assortment of cakes and cookies is consistently delicious as well. They've recently introduced wonderful vegetarian and vegan takeaway sandwiches, including a vegan New York Deli that my partner always encourages me to get, as well as a tofu egg mayo and cheese option. They also have pies available for takeaway. I feel so fortunate to have this place in Clitheroe!"

"This place must be one of the hidden gems of Wantage. This is one of the best full English breakfast we have ever had, everything tasted so delicious: homemade hashbrowns, eggs like the morning sun, crispy bacon, fried Mushrooms. Absolutely delicuous toast with grilled salmon smashed avocado. Great coffe and green tea (especially japanese tea). The owners always very friendly and made to feel very welcome suitable for everyone."

"Lovely food and friendly service, and all staff wore facemasks. However spacing of some tables outside still felt quite cramped and didn't feel there was enough social-distancing space, particularly when staff were trying to squeeze by. Not ideal for anyone feeling anxious about covid."

"I visited this restaurant about a year ago while out cycling, and even though I only had a coffee back then, I was impressed by the venue and the friendly staff. I always said I would come back to try it properly. This Saturday, we stopped by for an impromptu lunch on our way to Coombs Abbey Park. The experience was just as good as I remembered. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to my wife, our 1-year-old daughter, and me. We ordered a Chai Latte, a chicken gyro, a pork gyro for lunch, and a slice of toast for our little girl to snack on while we waited. The staff even offered to bring the toast quickly while preparing our lunch and checked on our daughter's needs. Throughout our visit, the staff were attentive and the food was delicious. The restaurant had a steady flow of customers dining in and getting takeout, which is always a good sign. We plan to return soon for a coffee and cake (they looked amazing) on our next bike ride."

"I had my first taste of eating today. faster and courtier service, it was obvious that eating was prepared before spot and very fresh. I ordered the pulled swarm, the brisketburger and the hawn with a wedge. sharing this with the family, there was a lot to go and there were 4 satisfied people. pulled pork tender and damp, brisket burger boiled exactly right, cheeky, and that huh had an amazing taste, I have commented how the chicken skin doesn't look sharp enough, but as I ate it, I had to change my mind, beautiful and crisp with a lot of taste. keep the good work, can not wait to see what is next."

"Given the transient nature of eating establishments I cannot see Cafe 33 being a mainstay of Stockbridge. There are loads of cozy, homely places to eat in this part of town and Cafe 33 sure ain't one of them. I only went in here because my cousin was being problematic and I wanted to sit down for a minute. When I got in the first thing that struck me was the absolute, stone cold S I L E N C E which was utterly deafening. There was one other customer a middle aged woman who just sat alone at a table and stared dead ahead without blinking. It was so uncomfortable. I ordered a hot chocolate but was served a cold/lukewarm chocolate that was gone in three gulps. Bargain for £4. The indifferent woman serving, who had no warmth or cheer to her at all, seemed to be quite busy making an aggravating racket loading and unloading the dishwasher. Here's a priceless tip keep that sort of thing behind the scenes. Customers don't want to be disturbed with that noise. I couldn't get out of there fast enough."

"We have been using, R36 a lot through lockdown. It’s fantastic, we love it and the kids too. New menus choice, although live earlier you planned is an absolute winner.?? Always really tasty and warm and always ready at time specified. Great combination with sister company le petit cafe too. Long overdue review sorry!"

"family-run, friendly sharpener and good eating. choose a number of a board full of suggestions on freshly made baguettes, ciabatta, focaccia, packaging, bagels. or create their own. there is salat, two daily suppe pasta options and a sortiment of other freshly prepared surprises. in summer there are breakfast options and gelato. very good coffee to round it off. it can do, but this is due to regular customers. a good sign! there is also a certain legendary 9 baguette, but I let them discover the magie itself."
