"I always come here great vibes and always great fun HOWEVER the European waiter with an attitude was rude and was sexist!!! We where sitting next to some girls and he was flirty and giving them some recommendations as we where sat next to them and could hear the same conversation and they where lovely the pair of them, and when he took our order he wanted nothing to do with us getting agitated looking around being rude to us almost making us feel uncomfortable and not wanted ! We all work in hospitality and know this behaviour was odd and why he decided to pick on us and not the ladies funny right! Even the ladies picked it up which was quite funny and how he’s character changed from when he turned from table to table. I think he needs to be more polite and be shown how to respect every one and not discriminate people as we felt discriminated! But apart from that food and drink where great but not happy with the waiter !"

"Whilst this in a great location next to the river, this appears to be all its got going for it. This is my first go at Venezuelan food and this has not encouraged me to try again. The food was either tough, dry, tasteless or just cold. Plaintain originates from my country too and I used to the sweetness of the taste when my gran used to cook it at home. Here they either cannot get hold of ripe bananas or think they can cheat the English palete because they do not know better. Reality check, I do. I have pork shreddings which was soooo dry it felt like it had sat there the whole day only to land on my plate when I arrived at Not keen on this one at all. Nowt more to say really except it seems to be the fate of canalside dining. Had the same medicore dining experience at nearby Proud. It looks like its views over standards."

"Really enjoyed our visit to Munch following the change in ownership and would highly recommend it based on our dining experience. Lovely staff, great service, warm atmosphere and a delicious meal. Though we only had chicken crunchies, burgers and fries everything was served served hot,...fresh and and to a very high standard. The burger was the best I’ve had in a very long time, the chicken crunchies superb and the accompanying salad and delicate dressing delicious. Will definitely be ordering a takeaway during lockdown and ask others to support so we can dine in again as and when they reopen. Nice one Munch, thanks!"

"I discovered Amigos about three years ago and have eaten there or taken food away on several occasions. I loved the food. After a break of about a year, I went in yesterday and was quite disappointed: the food is completely different from what I remember, unremarkable and very disappointing. I have had better taste and flavours in frozen meals from Farmfoods. Clearly, the kitchen staff (I wouldn't go as far as to call them chefs! have changed but sadly, all good things about the food that I remember and felt attracted to, have gone too. I will not go there again."

"I went to the Taste food company in Dublin City today for lunch. It has good reviews on find me gluten free. I ordered a club sandwich on gluten free bread. When it came out I asked the server if it was definitely the gf bread to which he said yes. I started to eat the sandwich and as I was about halfway through I just had a gut feeling the bread was not gluten free. I asked a different server and he took one look at my Sandwich and said it was not gf and immediately took it away and profusely apologised after I said I was coeliac and had already double checked with the other waiter. I unfortunately ate a whole half of a sandwich that was not gluten free. They offered me a free tea or coffee and offered to remake the sandwich, at this point I knew I just needed to start making my way home before I became unwell. They took it off the bill but I asked to speak to the manager who asked for my name and number. He then proceeded to say he would call tomorrow to see “if” I was sick in the end and to see how bad I would be. I find it quite infuriating when people underestimate the severity of being glutened. It is not a fad or a choice, it is a disease and whether someone is symptomatic (I am) or not it still has long term affects on the gut. I felt stupid for double checking but it just shows how important it is."

"One of the best Mexican takeaways in Aberdeen, providing a variety of salsas and fillings that have expanded since it first opened. It features a nice decor with a little outdoor decking. My only issues are the staff are often very preoccupied and there isn 't much room for customer interaction. Additionally the sauces aren 't as spicy as they could be with their signature 'Punch in the Face ' barely keeping its namesake. But don 't let that deter you, you 're guaranteed a good meal at a reasonable price!"

The price per person falls between £10 to £20, which I found to be very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Both the food and the service were top-notch, receiving a perfect score of 5. "first of all, we easily found our table as we were guided by some very friendly staff, and nearly as soon as we were seated had drink orders taken by a very friendly waiter. we ordered the classic 2 for 1 margaritas, which we really did not enjoy but I think this was down to us being wimps more than anything for food, i ordered the cali surf burrito and my boyfriend ordered the el reyes without guacamole, and then we shared some house fries. food was 50% off in january which we thought was a fab deal. i found the burrito portions a little bit too much, purely because the fillings were so rich, but enjoyed mine as much as I could have. I don’t usually like guacamole or pico de gallo either but I really liked it in this. my boyfriend really enjoyed his too the birria beef was really rich. the house fries were as good as fries can be too, although the sauce was not really chipotle mayo, more a lightly flavoured mayo, but no complaints here as i love mayo. to finish off, we ordered some of the blue raspberry frozen margaritas and I was worried they’d be too icy to drink but we found it quite easy and they were lovely. all of the servers were very helpful and attentive my only complaint is that there is a lot of noise in comparison to the sizes of the dining room for reference, we were there from around 4.30 to 6.15. overall a very nice experience with pleasant food and good drinks, if not a bit overpriced in places."

"My daughter just around on February went to this despicable establishment for some supposed Mexican food. As the inept member of staff was covering the food with so much sauce my daughter said that’s a lot of sauce, the member of staff...clearly slow in the uptake just said yeah What kind of service is this ? So the wrapping couldn’t be taken off as it was soaking in sauce, the food was disgusting and ruined by the amount of sauce and the money spent was an utter waste not to mention a customer still left hungry. Do not go to this place there are better in Glasgow, we were in a rush we will not make that same mistake again. Advice for the owner get new staff your member of staff tonight has less than a cell of intelligence about them."
