"We had been looking forward to this lunch to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. We had stayed at the Old Parsonage during our wedding weekend, so returning with our daughter was particularly meaningful to us. Unfortunately, we felt a bit overlooked by the service as there was no acknowledgment of our special occasion. The food was delicious, but the lack of a congratulations or warm welcome left us feeling somewhat disappointed overall."

"Arrived here at approx 10pm and was turned away because “they are closing and can only do takeaway”. On here it clearly states that this branch closes at 11pm. I would understand if it was 10.30 and the staff need time to close down the restaurant, but turning customers away a whole hour before closing time (with no other customers in there) isn’t good customer service. Just seemed like the staff was more concerned about going home early. Looking at previous google reviews this seems to be a recurring issue that clearly hasn’t been resolved."

"I loved it! Thank you, the owners changed from earlier. so much better now. they have taken care of me and my mother, who we don't like wobble and garlic. so that they took care of us. the food was so delicious. it was lush. I would definitely go back there and the staff is so friendly and helpful. we were surprised there on Saturday birthday of my fathers and they were with everything on the ball. "We had a fantastic Valentine's evening at this restaurant. It was busy and lively, and the pizza was absolutely delicious with a perfectly crispy crust. "Called in this evening at half seven, and there were a few empty tables. Four people looking dinner having read reviews and noting kitchen advertised as open to half eight. Asked the barmaid if still serving food and was told yes and take an empty table. Went up to barman and asked for menu to be told the kitchen is not really open! Explained we had just been told it was and he replied ‘well we don’t have a lot left’. Then we asked ‘well what do you have left?’ and the answer was not a list of dishes but the bluntly delivered ‘well it will be a long wait’. Rude and unwelcoming so we told him ‘tell you what, you clearly don’t want to serve us, thanks for the inhospitable welcome. We are going elsewhere’. Atrocious, rude, and clearly just could not be bothered!"

"We visited before a gig at the SSE Arena Wembley, the place was quiet when we got there. The light foods were very tasty. I was however disappointed when I visited the loo. I am disabled and walk with crutches. When I used the disabled loo I found it being used as a stock room. It had a table umbrella, a large pack of loo roll maybe) a sign that would be put out front, A mop and bucket and a few other things, I would have taken pictures but I left my phone on the table . I was very glad I did not use a wheelchair as I am not sure I would have been able to get in had I needed a wheelchair. I can but hope this will be a one off event as other than that it was a most pleasant occasion and the guy manning the bar and delivering food was very nice indeed."

"We visited the restaurant before attending a show at the Royal Albert Hall. The food was very tasty and authentically Italian. The pizza especially was the best I’ve had anywhere in the UK and the puddings, chocolate cake and tiramisu, were also exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and the service was great, especially from our waiter Yassin. The only (very minor) negative was that as the restaurant became busier, it became very noisy and hard to have a conversation. Could do with a bit of sound-proofing! Regardless, I would definitely recommend for a great Italian meal."
