"We chose to dine at Verdi because it was within the RAH and therefore catered to the pre theatre crowd. We booked with OpenTable, received email confirmation of our booking, but the restaurant didn't have our 5:45 reservation. They seated us anyway but we were shuttled off to the right where all the patrons were clearly headed onto the RAH with ZERO atmosphere. The left side looked buzzy and preferable. We had allotted plenty of time to dine before the show but our starters arrived within seconds of our order being placed clearly pre made and our main course arrived instantaneous to when we finished our first course so we felt like we were being rushed. In the end, we had eaten and were out in less than 45 minutes. Never again."

Had dinner and drinks here. Terrific cocktails: espresso martini was fantastic.

Went there with my girl and her friend. Definate worth to go. Nice food, fine wine and brilliant music.

We went on a free music friday and it was a lovely ambience and setting. They had gluten free pizza and gnocchi which was great and whislt they were decent, they weren't amazing. Would highly recommend for a pre performance meal or just an unusual setting.

We recently visited a restaurant for Free Music Friday and were impressed by the beautiful atmosphere. They offered gluten-free pizza and gnocchi, which were tasty but not outstanding. We would recommend this spot for a casual meal or for those looking for a unique dining experience.

The restaurant does not have restroom facilities for customers. Customers must use public toilets shared with other individuals who may be consuming alcohol on the street. Some of these individuals are antisocial, such as punks and freaks. As a result, it is not advisable to dine at this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding, from appetizers to pasta, pizza to dessert. I highly recommend trying the slowly cooked duck Ragu. The staff was attentive and courteous. We visited on a Friday night and enjoyed live entertainment which added to the ambiance of the restaurant. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to play more familiar songs to enhance the overall experience.

Booked Meal Friday's music event for 8 o'clock. Pianist didn't show up. No music. (Not even background music). Ambience poor, as most people seemed to be there for the event. We were looking forward to the food event as we were only 4 days in London. Wouldn't really recommend cheese plate because it's barely enough for a person to never share anything. The main meal was good. The staff was pleasant. However, the manager did not point out that the pianist came only after 9 a.m. Customers seemed to go shortly after. A disappointing evening.

Booked this restaurant as on the website and on the menu) it states Live Jazz on Friday evenings. Thought this would add to the ambience along with being part of the Royal Albert Hall. We arrived for our booking 8pm and were shown to the left hand-side of the restaurant which really did not have much character. On enquiring about the Jazz, I was informed that there wasn't any that night! Although very tasty, our food was served incredibly quickly and it was then pointed out that the kitchen closed at 9pm so we'd need to order any desserts. Probably a great place if attending a performance, but not for a relaxing meal.
