"this is probably the most comprehensive feedback they will read. I had a demand for scampi today and I thought of the Harvester chain where I dimmed over 3 years ago. I visited my friend in kent and when we were in the place, he proposed this special facility. when we arrived at 13:45 a.m., the parking lot was nice and empty, so we were spoiled for the choice of the parking lot. we parked and entered the restaurant. we were great by a charming lady who walked past us the salatbar past our sitting area. On the way we went past a row of steps up, with dramatic sunlight came through. I commented on it and she said she had worked there for 20 years and she had never had a comment on the stairs before, she will undoubtedly see it in another light forward. we sat on a beautiful table, although the room behind me, due to a wall that was there, was a bit cramped while we sat on the chair. also the very large cloby at the tab;e limited where I could place my legs, that was a little unpleasant. we quickly looked through the menu and selected 2 courses as well as hot drinks we caught the eye of a server and ordered our meal. my latte and my friends green tea was served first. the taste of the latte was beautiful, but the glass was something on the small size. we then went to the salatable to help us how it was the use at the harvester. a little very romantic followed. 2 server appeared, one went with my friend and the other with me. She took a bowl and went along the salatable and asked me what I wanted, and then put it in a bowl, all with a thousand island dressing and crispy wobble. she offered me a choice of rolling, but not asking if I wanted margarine or butter, I was served margarine. then she put a quarter plate under my salad bowl and I went on our table. I wore a bottle of the NAGA sauce, for those among you who like a kick to eat her. the salat station was very short sweet calibre and lacked in variety. Previously there was a much larger selection of objects when I visited a harverter like red kidney beans, jalapenos and red wobbles. maybe a sign of time. the salat was tasty and we both enjoyed it, but all my favorite potato salad I had the most. Fortunately, I left everything because the kartoffels were too hard and not coked, photo attached. the main course arrived, really nice on a rectangular plate with the chips, plucked, and the wetar sauce dressed in separate, that is always a good thing to see. I pressed the lemon on a sampi when I ate it. this man contains the cripple. the sampi was super, without unpleasant odor and the taste perfect, brought me back. it was cooked to perfection. the chips were also nice. I enjoyed them both, the only one let themselves be inherited, they were heavy and partly boiled, so I did not consume them. my friend took it from me, he eats everything. the server has cleared our records and brought our gloomy, the sundae best. I had asked the server to be generous with the chocolate dress and she was. the sun came in a high glass, full to the saum, up the iron cone, reminds of a hat. the ice cream was very smooth and the soaked tasty, my friend said when he expected something, as it was a sunshade, I am glad that we did not order 3 courses, as it would have been too much, we have made the right choice. the server took the payment at the table including the tip that was beautiful. when we got out I could get a photo of the staircase with the dramatic sunlight from the top right corner of the window, very artistic. that was a very pleasant trip, and we really enjoyed the experience. Thank you, ladys. Please contact the themes I have addressed. they then get the missing 5th star."

"As a frequent visitor here we booked a table here last night to bring our daughter and grandchildren out for a couple of hours, firstly we wasn’t given the high chair we asked for but we overlooked that we ordered food and drink by our server a young lad pretty cheerful but looked over worked , starters arrived which was to put it one way was well done but we ate them none the less, the kids meals arrived as he offered them to us he was using a tea towel I took the plates and they were so hot, god knows what would have happened to the kids hands if they touched them, so they had to wait for the plates to cool down before eating after what seemed an age our mains arrived my daughter said right away that my burger looked well done and dry, she was spot on It did take around 15 minutes to get our servers attention as he was running around getting to keep his tables happy, I don’t for one minute think he was to blame for any of it, by the time he did come a just told him to take it off the bill as it sort of turned me off, the table next to us had a bit of fish and chips which he returned for being over cooked I don’t know if it was overly busy or a new chef but these things shouldn’t happen and the toilets where the bins are overflowing with paper isn’t good either,it’s really needs to be looked at whether it’s low staff numbers or people who shouldn’t be in the kitchen"

"We decided to go out for an evening meal. Pre booked for 7pm. We ordered our drinks I had a latte (which had spilt on to the serviette as she brought it to the table), no real problem as it happens quite a lot. My...partner asked for a pot of tea, she was told quite abruptly that they don't do pots of tea, so my partner asked for a refillable cold drink instead. A few moments later the server returned with no word of apology saying that she could have a pot of tea as she found some teapots. We ordered our food which arrived about half an hour later, the restaurant was not busy at all. We were asked if we wanted to go to the salad bar, if we did we couldn't serve ourselves, they had to go with you and fill your bowl up with what you choose. My partner has been several times in recent weeks and has been allowed to serve herself at the salad bar, we declined. We finished our meal and was undecided if we wanted a dessert or if we had time to have a dessert. My partner had to pick her son up from work at 9pm. The server assumed we had finished as she promptly said I will get your bill without asking if we wanted a dessert or another drink, considering the time we waited for our meal we wouldn't have had time to eat it anyway. But not to be asked is not the way to go in my opinion. She brought the bill over asked if we were paying by card or cash then walked off. She did this several times. I asked if they accepted the Defence Discount Card, she wasn't sure so off she to find out came back said that they don't and promptly walked off again without waiting for payment. We sat for a few minutes, then decided to leave the correct money on the table and leave as the server was obviously too busy to take payment. My partner has been several times at lunchtime with friends, the service has been far superior even when it has been busy, the food was on the table within 10 minutes of ordering."
