"Not a good experience tonight. Usually food and wait time is really good but not tonight. Lots of people waiting ages for their food. We had the BBQ combo and the meat was cold with hardly any sauce. We asked for more sauce and the waitress brought it to us in a squeezy bottle (also cold). Maybe they had kitchen troubles but we are hesitant to go back in a hurry."

"We were disappointed to find that breakfast wasn't available, so we decided to order a simple meal of ham, egg, and chips. After waiting 30 minutes without any sign of our food, we asked about our order, and suddenly, our meals appeared as if by magic. Unfortunately, they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, resulting in a rubbery, cartoonish appearance. The ham was just a warmed-up slice from a package, reminiscent of the cheapest fare usually served at children's parties."

"Our experience at this restaurant was not great and only got worse. Upon arrival, they did not have our reservation, but the restaurant was not busy so it should have been fine. However, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. It took a long time for our drinks to arrive and even longer for our food, with one meal missing altogether. There was not much of an apology for the mistake, and we had to flag down a staff member to let them know. After waiting another 20 minutes, we had to inquire about the missing meal because we couldn't get anyone's attention. We asked for tap water that never came and had to flag down a server for more drinks. When the second round of drinks arrived, the order was incorrect. The food was decent and the drinks were good, but despite booking a table for two, we did not leave until 3:30 due to slow service. We had only intended to have a quick lunch before needing to be elsewhere. It is unfortunate, as the restaurant is nice, but there appears to be a serious issue with training, staff morale, or both. We would not recommend this place. There are better options for cheaper where your custom may be appreciated more."

"What a great find! After visiting Glasgow for the weekend, we wanted to pop out for some food. I specifically had a hankering for a burger (and onion rings) so after searching numerous places on google, we settled for here! And how glad we did! We chanced our luck just turning up and hoping for a table (Friday evening, 6:30pm) and were lucky enough to get a table for 2. Service was great and the choice on the menu is amazing! I chose the Hog Burger with fries and my husband went for The Manhattan burger with buffalo chicken fries, along with some onion rings (which we definitely didn’t need haha). The burgers were INSANE, but I had to use my knife fork because of how much there was inside!! All of the food came in American style baskets, which I would say could have done with doubling up the paper underneath. The only other feedback would be that the chicken fries had perhaps too much buffalo sauce on. But other than that, great service with even greater food! Very happy piggies indeed!"

"I made a reservation at this restaurant for Father's Day and I am so happy that I did. It was easy to find parking outside, the decor was lovely, and we were seated at a nice table by the window. Our waitress, Beth, was outstanding. She made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service. We had a wonderful time at Joe's Kitchen. The food was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere was cozy and beautifully decorated. Beth was so friendly and engaged in conversations and laughter with our table. She is exceptional at her job and we all had a fantastic celebratory meal thanks to Beth and the rest of the team. I would definitely come back to this restaurant and recommend it to my colleagues, family, and friends."

"came here with my friend for a catch up as heard this place was good. Place was absolutely dead so didn't have high hopes however the server was so lovely and catering. I ordered the fat pig burger which had pulled pork in it and it was amazing- best burger ever. I also had the chilli beef loaded fries which were yummy too and the showstopper for me was the onion rings- they were fab. Portion sizes are huge so will keep this in mind for my next visit. totally recommend and not bad priced also"

"This place sounds and looks like it will be great, however unfortunately it falls short. I've had BBQ other places which has been better, for a lot less money. It's very expensive. The brisket is a little tough, and came in sauce (would have been better on the side in case you don't like it) on a cold plate which made it go cold very quickly. The mozzarella sticks were served on a cold sauce and plate which also meant they went cold quickly. They weren't melted in the middle like you would expect either. The fried chicken is nice with good seasoning. The onion rings we had weren't good, the batter was floury in places and didn't cover the whole ring so hadn't been cooked very well. The music in there is far too loud, which then causes everyone to have to raise their voices when talking, to which the staff responded by turning the music up! Overall, over priced and a little soul-less."

"It's the hard rock cafe an institution. When I first came to London I loved visiting here with the great atmosphere, the music and food. I wasn't disappointed. It was very busy and they managed to squeeze us in. I loved it. It brought back fond memories of coming here with friends and soaking it all in. Food was great, the milkshake wasn't thick enough but I had an awesome time. It hasn't lost it's old world charm. I recommend it to people visiting and the prices are affordable. "on the afternoon after the cinema. busy, that's good, it's a Saturday, it's pay weekend for many people. we were sitting between two big groups, both of which were extremely annoying until we couldn't talk. when we were sitting, we are asked what drinks we would like us not even to have set ourselves right, let alone look at the menu. in the first 5 minutes of sitting we had 3 different waiting staff asking us what we wanted to order, very hastily we ordered some mozerella sticks. they were beautiful. we then ordered hauptseher themselves order pastrami burger with a side of chips. my partner ordered the Cuban sandwich. these came within minutes the sandwich for the price advertised was tiny and saturated in Grease/Oil to the point, the brot glued to the paper and then feel apart. my burger again saturated rolls and shattered the chips share was tiny. we love red dogs, but the experience this evening was terrible as running in a youth club of teenagers. a glass was dropped and exploded with glass that goes anywhere without failing to go, but it caused the whole restaurant to break. the experience as a whole was disappointing and did not want to return me and my partner to their facility. £60 wasted, we were literally in and out within half an hour. poor service bad quality only to poor."

"Stopped here for lunch last Saturday. Mainly to take a break from the shopping. It was very busy when we arrived and we hadn't booked a table, that being said we were invited to sit at the bar and have a drink while we waited. Once we had a table we of course checked the menu. There was plenty to chose from, even for my vegetarian daughter. Have to say the staff were very friendly and efficient. We ordered starters and mains and the food arrived quickly enough, so no real complaints. Everything ordered was well cooked and looked good. In fact the lunch was good but it wasn't really anything spectacular, considering the price. All in all it was a decent lunch but plenty of other options to choose from."

"The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Our bill was incorrect three times and there was no apology offered. The server seemed ignorant about the mistakes and suddenly told us we had to leave our table, even though our friends still had a bottle of wine to finish. When we protested, a bouncer was sent to tell us to leave. We ended up standing to finish our drinks, despite never being informed of a time limit for our table. Our group included individuals in their 70s and 50s. We will not be returning to this restaurant."
