"we used zypern fish bar for a fundraising quiz night where we had 90 participants. everything was perfect! due to the large order, cfb had to split the order and deliver 3 times, but the order was before place (also with some special diet requirements in the mix). eating was amazing, perfectly cooked and still pissing hot when the last order arrived. can not fail cfb. we ordered a week in advance so that for our large number along their regular Saturday night custom and cfb even arranged us on Monday after the event to check that everything was in order with the food. brilliant customer service! they can be a small fishable, but can supply a huge service! can not recommend very enough would give them more stars if possible."

"We decided to order based on reviews from TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. We ordered a large serving of fish and chips that easily satisfied both of us, as we both have hearty appetites and were full afterwards. Our only complaint was the price, but the quality of the food and the delicious curry sauce and gravy made up for it. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they also offer Saveloys, which is rare at most fish and chip shops these days, as they mostly focus on battered sausages."

Asked if can come collect the food, Told would have to pay full price at restaurant. Left feeling hungry out of pocket an disappointed just eat have confirmed your restaurant has taking the payment an they have refused to refund. Just eat have confirmed you have taking the £32 and I haven't received a refund. Absolutely disgusted"

"I had a very enjoyable experience at this restaurant. I placed my order before 4pm and received a call from the restaurant just 5 minutes later to schedule a delivery time. The pizza was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The prices were reasonable and they also had some great offers to take advantage of. "I would not say that I am a big fan of fish chips, but pier 1 seems to have become a regular hunting for our family. even better because traditional fish and chips are only part of their menu. if they, like me, are not a fan of the fritted bread variety, pier 1 has many delicious tasty for them. the brunette is a special favorite (educated) and lobster (if available) is too good not to order. the owner is incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. eating is delicious and the restaurant is always clean and well presented. a long way from the greasy spoons that are synonymous for British chippy."

"We ordered a large portion of chips with a large cod but was horrified when we got home to find what looked like a kids portion of food. When you pay that much money you expect to get what you paid for but not with this restaurant clearly. The food was also under cooked such as the fish, saveloy and sausage that we had also ordered. To add to this nightmare the food was freezing cold. Furthermore, Considering we are in a Global pandemic and gravesham is currently so high for COVID cases, not one person who works here was wearing a mask neither were any of the customers. Furthermore no one was socially distanced. Do people not care ??? Back to the food.... Food is terrible, terrible and terrible !!! Need to lower your prices and make sure that if you state something is large make sure it is large."
