"If you really knew what happens in this place you wouldn't wish to eat there. If your a veggie watch out the kitchen use boiled chicken water even in egg fried rice or veggie curry. The rice that get served if not used goes back into the streamer to be re served to another customer. It's as fresh as coming out freezers and packets look as you go to the small smelling toilets there a freezer on right just open it up The list goes on including there back area where staff toilet is has meat left out in open. Fridge is not stacked to how government hygiene says it should be. The owner not owners if you look it up does not care and finds it funny if someone wishes to make a comment. Service is slow and just about par but not for price you pay. Hot pot is hot s**t all from packets and been defrosted more then a couple of times for some parts of it. Yes hygiene inspector is being called and photo's will be on way."

"I love this Chinese Take Away. It is run by a lovely family who are always polite and helpful. It is clean and always smells so good. If I could buy the scent of their food as a candle, my house would be lit up with many tiny, dancing flames. The portions are large and you have the option to order any dish on the menu as an even larger portion for a very small price increase. The hot and sour soup is a particularly delight, with a deep flavour you don't get anywhere else. The only gripe I could possibly have is that they only use thin noodles for their chow mein. My daughter loves the thin noodles but I prefer medium or udon. If they offered a choice of noodle size this place would be perfect. But that is a small complaint and only based on my own preference. Seriously, give it a try, you won't be disappointed."

"This place is amazing, we’ve been ordering for years and always been tasty and huge portions. I really don’t understand the bad reviews. We pay £4.95 delivery because of where we live and it’s also much more expensive than our local Chinese but the difference is quality is huge and I would rather pay more for decent quality and quantity. Honestly don’t believe the bad reviews, give it a try yourself. You won’t be disappointed. Today we’ve had crispy chilli beef which is out of this world, a vegetable chow mein which is full of veggies and flavour, bbq ribs in bbq sauce is outstanding, beef chow mein is full of beef and again sweet and sour chicken balls are cooked to perfection and all 3 sauces are lovely. Right consistency and flavourful. We had a barbecue, sweet and sour and a curry sauce! We are regular customers and will continue to be regular! And to add, the delivery drivers are always friendly"

"Before ordering, read the reviews. Something I didn't do and I regret. I chose this place through Just eat, as I had an approximate delivery time of 30 to 50 minutes, which was the shortest of all the food to take, however, when I made the order, it was 1. 5 hours to wait. Well, the time came and he left. I had a delivery exit soon, but after 20 minutes there was no sign, so I called and I was informed that I was ready for delivery, so I said I'd wait a bit longer. When I didn't get here yet and I tried to return the call but I couldn't communicate as if they had blocked my number. So I sent a message through the Just Eat app and received one back saying they were busy and that the order would be with me shortly. Then they must have lied when I first called. The food finally came 1. 5 hours after its expiry. Pushed in my hand by the delivery driver without apologies. So a total of 3 hours from the order. I'd like to say it was worth the wait. But far from that. The food was warm, which makes me think I'd been at a counter for a long time. It was insipid and everything had a taste like they washed it with dirty water. The crunchy meat with chili had not seen a chili. I requested a refund of money that they rejected by sending a message apologized for the delay, but they will not refund the money and I hope I enjoyed the food. Well, New World if you read this. No, I didn't enjoy it. It ended up in the bin."

"Came here for my wife's birthday this evening, we were seated upstairs and were looked after by Swizel Rodriguez, who was simply lovely to us all evening. She had decorated the table with some birthday ribbons and banners and gave it all a real personal touch, almost as if being welcomed into her own home. Elsewhere the service was very good, our food drinks came out in good time not too fast not too slow. We both had medium 12oz rib eye steak... The nicest flavoured steak I've had in a long time, I almost didn't want to put the peppercorn sauce on (but I love peppercorn sauce, so I did! . To finish we had desserts brought by the rest of the H.K team who sung happy birthday to my wife. An all round lovely evening at a place I can't fault. 10/10."

"with a distance the worst service and the food I've ever had. waited hours for dinner. it came, cold, stale and tasting vile. I called less than a minute after the arrival to be called a lousy and that eating was fresh. now, if they. hard chips, soggy and cashews, undercooked batteries on chicken balls, chewing duck and stodgy chow mine, (what was all stone cold) fresh then clear they are deceived. eating is disgusting. they are interested in knowing when friteurs were last cleaned. I have tried to call several times to talk to the manager/owner, but they are never there when I call. I hate to write bad critikens because I am not a smoker eater, and it takes a lot for me to write one, but they did nothing to make this right, refused to give me my money back or to replace the food. shocking!"

"We decided to try every Chinese restaurant in Gosport in search of our favorite, and we found a clear winner at this one! "Went in here after a long journey from Australia on the way to my AirBnB close by....tried to order but was advised by the person on the counter that all my notes that I had ordered through a major Australian bank before arriving in...Scotland, “looked counterfeit” and would not be accepted, despite having used a same looking note, issued by the same national bank of Australia, earlier in the day. When I enquired about using eftpos I were advised they didn’t have any. Went across the road and bought a subway with the note with no hassle. Probably a blessing in disguise as the shop looked filthy."
