"We arrived here for a 2 night stay for a wedding (Fri sat night). PROS: Lynsey the manageress she 100% makes it so fabulous. Lovely, welcoming, looked after us brilliantly. Due to some staff shortages, she was doing what seemed like 10 jobs at once! We ate on one of the nights food was delicious! Great service tasty food. Breakfast was also spot on set us up brilliantly for the day ahead on the Saturday! The Willow room which we stayed in was fab ideal size, lovely cosy too! The whole 2 night stay was extremely reasonably priced the place itself has a great feel about it like a big cosy house! CONS: If you like total darkness, take an eye mask for sleeping as the rooms can get really bright from the early hours. Also, depending on the room, it’s on quite a busy road so can be quite nosy it would be worth having earplugs if you like a quiet surrounding. Due to staffing, the bar doesn’t stay open that late, so be mindful of this, they will however put drinks in your room if you can’t make it back in time for the bar closing. Taxis there are no local taxis, so arranging transport to the wedding we were attending was a nightmare which we didn’t account for! Luckily after 6 different phone calls, we managed to get sorted. The only gripe I had was the confusion over the bill if you decide to charge things to your room, the bills aren’t itemised so it’s difficult to keep track of what has been charged. There was some confusion on checkout over what we should shouldn’t have been charged for, so definitely choose to pay for any extras outright to avoid any confusion or uncertainty before check out. Other than that, it was one of the nicest, most personal stays we’ve had out in a long long time. This was mainly down to the Manageress Lynsey who is fabulous at her job really does make it feel like home makes you feel super welcomed relaxed. Thank you lynsey for really making a stay a one to remember."

"This is the first time I've ever visited one of these restaurants, it seemed a good option to choose when we were out with our daughter. We ordered her a kids meal, which was completely free as we were ordering an adult meal too. This is brilliant, and just the sort of things parents need more of! Our daughter's food also came first, and wasn't scalding hot like most other places. That's not to say it was cold, not by any means. It was ideal and it meant that we all finished near enough at the same time, not us sat there waiting for our daughter to finish! I had the Chicken Katsu noodles, which was delicious. I couldn't fault it! My partner had a Smoky Joe burger and he also enjoyed it. Our daughter's meal was fish fingers, with chips and beans which she loved. Plus she got a drink and a dessert too, (she chose Vanilla ice cream , and with it being free it was even better! The staff were mostly very good, but looked a little flustered. Needless to say, it was fairly busy, but we were not kept waiting! Improvements I would suggest would be a bigger restaurant, more people will definitely come! I will definitely visit here again! "that is an incredible chaiiwala industry. the best I've ever done. it is so popular, it often caused the blackade of whalley range as autos stacking out to grab a quick cuppa. there are seating for 20 people, sufficient free parking close to and fantastic dining. the personal here is switched on, they are at the pulse. They make you very welcome and nothing is too much effort for them. the omelette wrapped in a chapati was my favorite. the Desi breakfast and Desi tea was absolutely excellent. the best Indian breakfast I had in blackburn. salim patel"

"Being a local, it's great having a dessert place nearby. The major positive is that the food is actually pretty great but the poor customer service and very stingy portion sizes take away from it's appeal. I ordered brownies with chocolate recently costing around £7, the chocolate provided was a tiny shot glass worth which wasn't enough for the brownies given. I asked whether I could get more chocolate, even offered to pay for a chocolate shot £2 more) but instead got turned away and was told if I wanted more chocolate, I'd have to buy the whole dessert again. You'd think they could spare a bit more chocolate for a customer of 2 years. I now go to Heavenly Desserts whose food is just as good and far better portion sizes. Service is far superior too."

"I was in a party of 8. 5 adults a 4 children, 1 needing a highchair. We had 2 booths booked for us so that we would not be squashed which was very thoughtful. the children went on one table and were given a white paper table cloth and crayons. Kept them quiet!!!!. We had a lovely relaxing meal with excellent service. Food was well priced and very generous potions. I just wish the drinks could be fairly priced too. Its the same problem everywhere."

"Food is really good. Fresh, clearly made on site. Portion sizes also really good. Overall experience was excellent, staff were attentive and nice, had a good laugh with them as well. Don’t think it’s been designed that well, feels a bit soulless. But that wouldn’t stop me going back as we enjoyed our meal. Definitely will be taking the kids on next visit."

"If I had the option to give them a 0️⃣ I would. The size of the position given are ridiculous. We paid £30 for x2 lamb meat and chips one of the smallest portions we've ever had. Just eat app suggestions that it comes with salad and none turned up. Called them they didn't even care. I would not use them if I was anyone. They are a rip off. This is why they are rated 3.5, we usually order from Best kebab and they are amazing, unfortunately they were closed I believe as we couldn't order from them. please don't use them."

"we booked a table for 2 online so that a table was ready for us when we arrived. we were quickly served for drinks and our server knew that the ipa is even the alcohol content! the split nacho starter arrived very fast. it was served cold here, so no melted cheese, but there were many toppings. we had both stripes, chips and two dives each. the portions were generous, and it was hot. unfortunately no place for piping, but eating was excellent. in any case recommend and we will definitely be lifted back."

"we were several times in the napolita in the course of the years and had almost every time different experiences – mostly good, but not consistent. Overall, eating is very good and the menu is cleverly designed. the kitchen is definitiw of high quality. at our recent visit there were two people who served. the one who delivered our food was extremely friendly and went out of her to make sure we would enjoy our meal. the other who took the order and brought the bill was uninterested and certainly not friendly. she made a strange commentary with cash to pay, as well as she took the sign with the payment and a 10% money. and what? we may never know."

I was really excited to go to go for my birthday as I love italy and Italian food, but I was totally disapionted left, there were 12 of us in our party and eventho the seafood star was nice the main was terrible the pasta dishes were totally tasteless and tasted more like pasta in water 1 guests for medium too well made it came blue! the waiters were rude, they seemed uninterested in us and began to clean cute of the table while we still eat: I would never go back or guess either I can cook better Italian myself!"

"We have now enjoyed a Sunday lunch, which was really good quality food, in a lively setting, we even had background music! Only slight criticism was the tables were a bit close to each other but we were a party of 10, the que for food was also a bit disconcerting as there was a constant flow of people brushing against our seats. The two occasions we have had afternoon tea we thoroughly enjoyed the food. The first time we were given a cup of coffee the second time we were given a pot and were told we could ask for a refill. We have also been to a themed night {Indian} the food was to the normal high standard but again we felt hemmed in and due to our table position were unable to see the dancers, who did not perform for very long. Overall really good food but a bit crowded for Sunday lunch and themed nights."
