"had a fantastic night cocktail in revolution for a friend hen at night yesterday. the manager tom was an amazing host, and carter who took our master class was very professional and fun. Although we make a few cocktails in the evening, we both felt especially and not just another group of customers. well worth the money, especially the double money offer. we had planned to hike the wind street after, but the atmosphere and the music was so good, we stayed and danced the night away. Many thanks to to tom carter and the personal of the revolution that it was such a great night xx"

"Today, we visited the restaurant for my son's 11th birthday celebration with his friends. We ordered our main dishes and milkshakes from the menu. We wanted to order dessert, but we only had 25 minutes before we had to leave for laser tag. We inquired with the server if we would have enough time, and she assured us that we would. We decided to order 4 desserts. Unfortunately, only 2 desserts arrived after 5 minutes, while the other 2, including the one for my son's birthday, arrived just as we needed to leave. This 20-minute delay in serving the desserts caused my son to be upset as we had to rush through his birthday dessert. As a result, we were late for laser tag and missed a game. When I questioned the delay, I was informed that it was due to a new chef and was left with no further explanation. We also requested a balloon for each child, which was not provided, despite other children of similar age receiving them. When we inquired about the balloons, the server confirmed but never brought them. The food was mediocre, as we expected. Overall, it was one of the worst cases of service we have experienced."

"Of course, I’ve been to Nando’s countless times, so I thought it was about time I wrote a review. This restaurant has had a makeover and it looks great! We turned up at 6pm yesterday and were seated straightaway, even being asked where we’d like to sit. We ordered on the app (automatically getting our reward chillies! , and our bottomless drinks were brought to us already filled; we were even asked if we’d like them to be refilled for us. Our food was brought out quickly, hot and delicious. I ordered the Fino Pitta (chicken thighs and halloumi with garlic aioli and salad with Peri Chips (Churrasco Spice ; I haven’t had a pitta from here before… what a treat so soft and fresh! I asked for mayonnaise too, which is THE best one in existence. We had a lovely catch up and were able to stay for quite some time whilst we did so. Great value for money, with quality service thank you!"

"Visited on Saturday afternoon, was very busy and we were left waiting in the doorway for at least 5 minutes before anyone came over to us. We were seated right at the back near the kitchen which was the busiest part, almost all tables were full. I don't know why we were seated here as there were many empty tables near the front. We ordered the chicken variety starter and the house burger. The starter arrived within 10 minutes and was generally good. The chicken on the scewers was dry but everything else was ok and presentation was good. The mains arrived and looked fine but the burgers were overcooked and tasted like carboard. The waiter completely lost interest in us once he delivered the main course, we planned to ask for another drink but didn't get the chance to ask. He was only interested in new customers coming in. We didn't finish the burgers and chose to leave. Again it took forever to catch the writers eye and ask for the bill. We paid by the F&B App, we used the 2 for 1 mains deal, it slightly made up for the food. I like the new App to pay as you don't feel so pressured to leave a tip when people don't deserve it."

NO cherry in the American soda ...shudnt advertise it if they dont add it you get a very small portion of fries ...to the point your not satisfied it will be a while now till a go back as its like there scrimping on the food but your still paying top dollars to eat in there also why is the air con turned up so high it felt like a was dining outside in the street ...waited at least 25mins for main and it wasnt even busy god help anyone if they go in when it is ...."

"Overall Average food with below average service. Sat down and given drinks but no large beers only small. Took a while to take order for food even though was not even 6 tables full . Food arrived and was okay. At 15.99 a pizza you expect it to be worth it but was just average. Desserts didn't come out together. Asked for bill, no free kids meal deducted so asked waitress to amend and also blue light card. Waitress disappeared and never came back then other waitress appeared to be told we can't use blue light card with kids discount. By this time was just ready to leave so paid and left. Won't be returning. Plus don't take cash too"

Nevertheless, the service was good, there was no special waiting time for the food and the children had a good time. "Booked a table for 8 at 6.15 by an open table. Depending on the fact that they do not receive my booking. Open table bug not mine. Wait for the next free table for 6 people by 6.45. After the invitation of me, we finally served our food at 7.30, at which time my rugged and therefore hyper 3 Yro son literally ran around the walls. 7 burgers/ bungalows/ onion rings were completely cold and tasteless with soggy bases, but served with very hot frits. We waited again for children desert ice?! , had to chase our bill and finally with a bunch of children who eat too long and fed dirt with boredom from sitting on a small table. Paying £105 pounds for the worst evening in a long time is not something I would recommend or ever repeat."

However, when my party of ten arrived at the restaurant, which was only half full, we were told that there was no table available for us because their booking system had not been updated. The staff refused to accommodate us. This was a terrible customer experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant."
