"It was all a bit rubbish really.!Very disappointing. A costly and unpleasant experience. We ordered a delivery through the McDonalds app. Part of he order was wrong; a burger who was supposed to have no mustard, onions or gherkins on it had all. Three. You can’t just scrape it off and eat it because it leaves a residue that makes it taste unpleasant to those who don’t like these things that burger was inedible and we couldn’t swap because both burgers were the same. The hot and cold drinks were packed side by side in the same bag compromising the temperature of both drinks. All the food was stone cold and judging by the speed at which the delivery arrived and the temperature of the food; I would guess it was probably prepared in advance of orders rather than freshly to order. Customer services were unhelpful and want to pass responsibility for their failing on to Uber. They said if we wanted a refund we would have to take it up with Uber since they were the delivery service and they only refund click and collect at Customer services. However you can’t blame the Uber driver who arrived before the appointed time for mistakes on the order and for food which should have arrived hot given the time frame and the insulated carton he used to bring it. Given the huge mark- up and profit on takeaway food; and the size of McDonald’s as a company; I expected better : from the food, from the restaurant and from customer services ."

"What we can say we where shocked from what staff knows about menu and communication of supervisor/ manager the mixed raced guy. We believe his name is Prayus. We ordered nachos for a starter and enchiladas for our main. When nachos arrived we asked for...a cheese sauce on a side and cutlery and been told that they run out of sauce.I then asked a waitress how will they make our enchiladas as it has jalapeño cheese sauce and she asked- oh is there ? Then turned around and went like we assumed to ask a chef something but never came back. No one asked us do we still want an enchiladas or we want something else because there was no cheese sauce. So I called the manager over ,no apologies followed nothing ,he only asked do we want something else so we ordered paella double up. After we got our food we had no side plates no cutlery again to eat with, but the waitress sorted it out after we asked for it. But it came dirty !!!!! One of the forks was Sticky like no one washed it, dirty paella spoon and another wonky fork We asked to get a fresh cutlery set but no success. So I had to call manager over again. He didn’t seemed bothered at all about our complain. Again no apologies.He ASKED us do we want a CLEAR fork. Obviously we did . And when he bring it, he wasn’t bothered to take the dirty one (not used by us)away .managers communication was awful. We definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone and also we won’t come back. Very very disappointed. Only good thing was that paella was tasty."

"Had previous bad experience here but due to all other bar/restaurant options being booked out due to time of year Christmas market etc, gave it second chance as was young daughters birthday and she wanted a treat for lunch. Girl greeting customers was friendly and helpful, but from there the experience was a disgrace. Once seated, order was taken and after 10 mins was informed there were no more wraps available, so child had to reorder which we did. Then, few mins later the adults food arrives a pizza which was thinner than the menu itself and of very poor quality for the price paid. I noted all pizzas being delivered to tables were exactly the same thickness and quality and can't help think they are pre frozen and simply heated up. Would explain the quality of the food. The amended child order arrived about 25 mins later, when the adults had already finished their meal. By this stage she had grown tired of waiting and the food was of awful quality. Needless to say she barely are it and we just wanted to leave. No staff apologised for the delay, fact it wasnt put as urgent bearing in mind the original delay due to running out of ingredients etc. Throughout the experience of around an hour and 15 the staff were running around in chaos, even arguing amongst themsevles and the ordering system in full view along with kitchen showed just how disorganised they actually are. I asked for the bill for girl to say she'd bring it to my table. She passed the table at least 15 20 times delivering food, taking new orders and as befitting of this place having sat and given her ample chance to get back to me had to ask her AGAIN 15 mins later can I have the bill asap, and as per her reaction, she'd actually forgotten to go and get it leaving me sat unattended. I can accept a restaurant being busy but more importantly the quality of the food here is of absolutely horrible standard on both visits, appearing to be pre packed or frozen and reheated only. The service isnt far behind and needless to say, its last time i'll ever set foot in this or any other Frankie Benny's. You've been warned!"
