"Delicious as always! I had a nice soft, slender piece of lamb roast, which was really delicious, with crispy roasts and a huge Yorkie! Terrible. Nice blow, friendly staff and no pressure to return the table that is becoming increasingly unusual in London, sad. We had a great Easter dinner! Thanks to every work on holiday!"

"It is a Cypriot Greek place which serves the traditional greek cuisine in a warm atmosphere. The food was decent without being exceptional, and the service was warm and welcoming. A good option for a casual lunch if you happen to be in the area."

"Best Italian meal ever love it!. It was the first night of our getaway to Edinburgh and we walked past VIttoria's earlier on and had really good first impressions. Although it was a Monday night it was very busy proving to be a popular place. I ordered the chicken tagliatelle with broccoli, fancying something simple and light. I was blown away by how simple and tasty it was and before I knew it had eaten it all up! My partner had the calzone which was a generous size and he thoroughly enjoyed. We both agreed it was a top restaurant and glad we had gone with our instincts. The staff were very friendly and made you feel very important throughout your meal. I would recommend to anybody as it...read more"

"I had high hopes as I am a pizza lover, how wrong could I have been. Greeted by a rude member of staff, so not the best start. The cafe was busy, very busy, the tables are very crammed in together and so much so the back of my chair was being hit by every person and memeber of staff walking past....... While trying to order the member of staff seemed more concerned in talking to people walking through the door and other members of staff, a bit annoyed, we still ordered had we had high hopes of some of the best pizza in Devon..... How wrong we were. My pizza was how to put it..... pretty awful, I've had better supermarket own microwave pizza's...... the toppings didn't reach the edge which was VERY dry so that was left. I paid and left, why I paid I have no idea. Rude staff and below par pizza, just don't bother, you will be better off going to Pizza Hut."

"Great experience and really good quality food. The Vongole, seasonal veg, gamberi linguine and veal milanese were all delicious and big portions. Owner even provided extra cheese saying 'always happy to recheese ' my kind of place!! Deserts were okay but the service was impeccable. Had a nice family feel with the owners getting stuck in. It 's clearly embedded as part of the community. Highly recommend."
"In Llandudno again for a little break so thought we'd try Romeo out, as we've tried most of the others. Booked in for 5.30pm and told 2 hours to dine which is reasonable. We were shown to a fantastic bay window table with a nice view of the streets, promptly given drinks food menu's by our very efficient server. Drink prices were about what we'd expect in most restaurants and were good, Peroni beer wine for us and San-Peligrino for the kids. Wine was good, not supermarket rubbish as found in most places. Our starters, Bread with olive oil, Balsamic vinegar and Antipasti misto were honestly brilliant! Mains were meat balls, Bistecca Al Gorgonzola, and 2 Margarita pizza's, all of which were very good and served nice and hot. You have a choice of veg potatoes or chips salad with the steak. I wanted chips and veg and had to pay for the veg as a side order. Most places I've dined at offer a choice of potato with either salad or veg. The only fault all night though so minor. Our daughters had pudding, Fudge cake and a massive ice-cream sundae with fresh berries again both very impressive. All in all a fantastic meal with excellent drinks and a brilliant service. I'd recommend booking as the place was full within a hour of us being seated! We will certainly head back when in Llandudno again."

"Friday Lunch between meetings..looked good from the window of grilled vegetables and platters. Once in it all fell down from there. Appauling service..four waiters all chatting..quiche was non plussed by salad was literally lettuce and tomatoes plonked on a plate then wine came after food...and the bread never came. I have walked past here many times and thought I would give it a try. Big mistake wish frnkly I had gone to Benugo next door. Or Gregg's quite frankly. S I wrote the waiters are still chatting and totally absorbed in their gossip.."

"We had friends coming to stay at St. Brides and they asked if we would like to meet them for lunch somewhere. We actually live in Pembrokeshire, but do not know that area very well, so I looked online and liked the look of Sunshine Italian, so suggested we met there. We were not disappointed. It is a lovely little restaurant, right opposite the beach. Our waiter, Fabio, was so friendly and efficient and made us feel very welcome. We each had something different to eat and all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Three of us had the affogato for dessert and it was the best I had ever tasted the Baileys made all the difference. Oh and the toilet was spotless! Would definitely go back."

"Had not been to Prezzo for a while and the quality of the meals has clearly declined, or maybe I just chose poorly. Ordered the Crab Lobster Ravioli, which sounded brilliant in the menu: Handmade ravioli generously filled with crab and lobster. Served in a velvety tomato lobster bisque, spinach and a handful of chives That generously filled part was a lie. The ravioli were flat. And look, I know crab and lobster ain 't cheap, I was expecting a hint of them, but still, how difficult is to mince courgettes/leeks/celery/shallots, reduce them in seafood stock so they infuse, and then mix them with the tiny bit of lobster/crab so at least the pasta looks like proper ravioli and not like pancakes? And the velvety tomato lobster bisque ? It 's just creamy tomato sauce. That 's it. It was SO disappointing. Still, it was warm, it tasted ok, and the service was absolutely lovely; so it will do in a pinch. I just need to remember to order pizza or Alfredo next time."

"I had a fantastic and unexpected evening at this restaurant. I had never been before, but I will definitely be returning. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was top-notch. Despite being busy, the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, earning an A+ and five stars in my book."

"We went for a relaxing early evening dinner was was blown away by the friendly staff and amazing food. The garlic bread was fresh, the Mussels flavoursome and aplenty, the Calzone de Mere was just a feast of pure seafood, beware it’s huge!! The staff...are very attentive and friendly and the kitchen is on full display. We live a few miles away and this was our first visit, it certainly won’t be our last. It came highly recommended by a colleague who’s daughter is one of the chefs, well done Alexia and all the other staff"

"I have not eaten in Luigi's for quite some time, so I was glad to put that right. The service was marvellous with my table being serviced well by a very attentive host. The food was served to ones liking in a timely fashion and tasted delicious. This family run business is both cosy and friendly with an extensive menu that caters to all palates. I will definitely not leave it so long until my next visit."

"Avoid if you are vegetarian. No knowledge of dietary restrictions.Partner ordered a dish marked as vegetarian on the menu. Came out with parmesan on it, which contains animal rennet and is NOT vegetarian like most cheeses. We assumed it was a different cheese at first, as i’ve never seen a restaurant add parmesan to veggie dishes. As we ate, he thought it tasted like parmesan. The chef confirmed they do add parmesan. We complained that their vegetarian option was not actually vegetarian and the manager’s attempt to resolve the situation was dire. The manager argued “If you don’t eat animal products, you shouldn’t be ordering pasta with ricotta.” Another member of staff appeared to tell us: “Well if you’re vegan, it says it comes in a butter sauce in the menu, and you ate that?” We explained repeatedly that nobody is vegan, and that cheese and butter are suitable, just not cheeses containing animal rennet. This went in one ear and out the other. Was like talking to a brick wall. The manager said we could have a maximum of 10% off (equated to £5 off the bill, when the dish was £13.50), which was suddenly able to be increased to 20% off when we told them that was insulting.Portion sizes also tiny (5 pieces of ravioli for £13.50). Unbelievably disappointing experience."

"really enjoyed. beautiful small restaurant with about 20 places. we wanted fish and the dishes were nice. especially enjoyed the hot spiced crab. Perhaps a small selection of sauces (white wine and cream-based was almost everything) would be better, but understand the restrictions of a small kitchen. dessert was also very nice. Cash-only is a massive pain in these days (has to go to a cash machine for the first time in a year), but that seems to be how they want to run it. the steaks saw amazing btw, something jealous."

"I took my daughter for afternoon tea at Woburn Place on a Saturday afternoon and the first surprise was that the restaurant was completely empty. Sadly it made what should be either an elegant or cosy occasion a little soulless. The afternoon tea itself was ok except that for the two of us there were three “finger” sandwiches with three different fillings (9 “fingers” in all). The fillings were fairly standard but all the bread was white and didn’t seem to be particularly good quality. The cakes were rather nice and unusual with small triangles of cheesecake. The scones were lovely and crumbly. Good choice of coffees and teas. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I think if they had seated us in the lounge bar area, which we saw other people directed to, it would have been a nicer experience."

"My wife and I paid a visit to Italia Mia on Friday evening, hard to believe we haven't been since just before Xmas. As usual, a warm welcome from Enzo and the lovely waiting staff and a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. After reading another review, I decided on whitebait to start these were plentiful and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of seasoning. Along with the inevitable garlic tomato bread, an ideal start to the meal. My wife had the chicken with asparagus in a cream sauce whilst I opted for a sirloin steak and pepper sauce, served with abundant fresh vegetables and rosemary roast potatoes. Sweet menu was very tempting but we decided to be good (boring), another very good experience at this popular Italian and we certainly won't leave it as long before we visit again. Thanks to all for an enjoyable meal."

"visited for a family meal in november 2021, party of six. blessed with a very warm welcome from the staff, and the waiters/ waiter combo were friendly and very helpful with the menu some excellent recommended. the restaurant was clean and safe laid, and although very busy it seemed a good amount space between the people. we did not feel hurried at each point, and the atmosphere was relaxed and really made for a good culinary experience. the menu offered a good choice, and there were several things that each of us would have, which means that there are much part of the meal! we went for three courses and all meals were large portions and also excellent aromes – not often they get quantity and quality and all ingredients well prepared. it would be highly recommended and we will visit again."

"I love this place every year we spend the weekend in perth and always go to dinner. eating tastes wonderful is beautifully presented. there is a beautiful ambiente, authentic, without trying too hard, as some of these trendy places that just do about it. the employees are some of the nicest people they could come, they always seem so happy and are extremely efficient. the place runs like clockwork, service is first-class team, the owner must be proud of all staff. it is obviously a very popular place, as it is always full when we go. I would recommend that the calzone and the profiterole die for."
