I went this place to buy Fortnum Mason tea for presents and this place is definitely better place to buy teas than the one in piccadilly. The staffs here are super friendly which made the whole shopping experience extremly satisfying. It is much less crowded than the piccadilly store so you can take your time. If you are not up to buy the Rare teas which are only offered in individual packaging, you would be able to find everything you want. Also you can buy in individual packaging for normal teas if you want to. It has a special blend named Royal Exchange Blend only sold in this store. I prefer this one to the original royal blend. This store is the latest built one among the Fortnum Masons so it is super clean. I highly recommend this place!!!"

"Warm greeting on arrival and an unexpected free glass of prosecco to celebrate my friend's birthday. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. We both had sea bass with various vegetable accompaniments which was very pleasant and tasty. Lively and buzzy atmosphere and good views of Leadenhall market from the first floor windows."

"We visited Heritage on Wednesday to try their Christmas menu, I checked it before on their website and really liked the festive dishes they put. When we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely hostess, I think her name was Simona, she was so welcoming and attentive, and to me this attitude is always a huge bonus. The Christmas menu itself was a wonderful experience, we couldn't be more satisfied! Such a nice mix of authentic Alpine dishes with more familiar to us dishes of European cuisines. Taste-wise, our food was fantastic, from foie gras to bbq grill and then to a beautifully shaped quince strudel... Just marvellous! We will be definitely back again in the new year, looking forward to our next visit!"

"Shocking experience! Wouldn’t recommend!! Me and my boyfriend went for our 5th year anniversary meal. They messed our booking up as we had to cancel our first booking but they were under different email addresses and we were told they had sorted it. We arrived to a woman who eventually gave us a table after we had tried to explain they had cancelled the wrong booking even though I had emailed from a different email address and they had confirmed the previous one has been cancelled the day before we made the second booking, she still told us it wasn’t the restaurant fault and we weren’t bothered as accidents happen The food was average at best, nothing special what so ever, I got the fish and chips and the fish was extremely greasy and I found some black plastic in my fish, however I did not complain as I have good manners and didn’t want to cause an issue as we were there for a celebration. My boyfriend has allergies and could not eat coleslaw so we asked for it to be removedhis burger arrived with coleslaw inside!!! Luckily I had realised and warned him before something serious happened and we asked for a replacement which took 15 minutes! I had almost finished my meal by that point. I ordered a sticky toffee pudding and it was completely dry inside, I was struggling to get my spoon through it and we did not finish it. The cocktail and beer was average and overpriced. Paid for a coke, came in a small glass with more ice than anything and wasn’t even half a can. The most strange thing was that when we asked for the service charge of £8 to be removeda very old woman with short hair and large glasses and clearly a temper issue came over and spoke to us horribly and questioned why we had asked for it to be removed. I told her the fish I got was very greasy and the cake was very dry, she did not like my honest reply and started to raise her voice which was very unprofessional, I was so shocked with her tone of voice and then she of all people asked us to leave when we refused to pay the service charge and I told her it was discretionary as it said on the menu. Disgusting treatment from what I’m assuming is the manager and I’ve seen other reviews now that have complained about the same woman. Honestly so disappointing as we went for a celebration and someone had to ruin a nice day for us, hope she gets some help with herself or finds a job more suited to her hopefully away from members of the public. "Something seems to have gone wrong. We have greatly enjoyed staying here before and dropping in for occasional lunches. We liked the good food and wine, and the exceptionally good service. The premises looked immaculate and smelt fresh. Back today, looking forward to a pleasant impromptu late lunch at about 1:30pm. People were eating but there were plenty of spare tables. We waited to be seated in the restaurant … and waited… and waited. After a while my wife reported to the hotel receptionists that there were similarities to the Marie Celeste. They said that someone would come. A few minutes later a barmaid arrived at the bar. We explained that we had been hoping for a lunch table but that there were no restaurant staff. She went to find them. But several minutes later she still had not returned. So we left. By that stage we had realised that things had changed at the Hotel du Vin. It no longer looks immaculate. We let the receptionists know that we had intended to have lunch, but had decided to leave. They didn’t seem bothered. This place used to have excellent management. It needs to get it back again."

"We had a fantastic lunch with excellent service at this restaurant. They have a good selection of wines at reasonable prices and we took advantage of their great Bib Gourmand offer. Although we had originally booked the terrace, they contacted us a few days prior to our reservation to move us indoors due to the typical British weather. "Well I have to say we arrived early. Got to sit in bar. While we wait for our table to be ready and for our family to arrive. We had cocktail and coffee in the bar area. We were show to our table with a view of the Thames, which was fabulous. We had the set starter which was amazing. The quality of the rib just melted in your mouth, We all ordered different steaks for the main which was cooked to perfection. Well done to the Chef that cooked them. The sauces that came with steak was done we'll. The flavour was just right. The condiments we choose to go with the steaks were stop on. The cheese shrimp pasta was outstanding with the flavour combined, Now we chosed the sticky toffee pudding. With ice cream. Well I have had some sticky toffee pudding.in my time. and this one was truly amazing. It melted in my mouth with a wow factor to it. Well done to the dessert section. The waitress that looked after us was very knowledgeable, well done to her. Her service was outstanding. We will differently come be coming back again.????"

"The staff in this restaurant are outstanding. They always go above and beyond without being intrusive. Even the guy who brings out the food from the kitchen stood in a very professional way with one arm behind his back and the other balancing the tray of food but he still managed to greet and acknowledge us when we came in and left. My elderly husband tends to mumble, so through no fault of their own they have him the wrong dessert. Everyone was so apologetic and offered us free coffee which we declined so they gave us two free kir royals instead which was most welcome. Excellent training- the staff here could certainly teach other establishments a thing or two about catering, as the food is delicious and well presented, and how to treat customers."

"My reservation wasn’t there when I arrived but the manager did give us a table as I managed to produce my Opentable booking confirmation email. The restaurant was very busy at lunch time so it was rather packed. And we waited a long time for our food. The quality of the dishes the standard you would expect for the price reasonably good. Although I was a little bit disappointed with the beef bourguignon. The beef was tender and mash done well but it was let down by the jus, which was lack of depth and flavorful, it tasted a bit water down. My companion’s dish was lukewarm. However we had a very lovely waitress attending our table. So the overall experience was pleasant. I shall go back there for dinner and try other dishes"

"this place and it's beautiful inside. two employees. waited old for drinks and were in cash for almost 10 minutes (may she see) so I went to the bar and took my own drinks back to the table. chap has apologized. drinks were...good ordered eating with wait 30 minutes (no starter) only about 16/20 customers in this time. then barman came by and said we were ready to order? again apologise and said our eating priority. when came over 50/60mins: the food was good and was not in a hurry (fish chips and a sweetheart) while there the police came, table next to me 4 older young had stolen phone from their table! chap went with just eat gang, wandered around the restaurant then took his phone and ran out! I arrived shortly before our arrival and my phone was on the table shortly before her table, so fortunately a situation hit there and a possible violent change def as I would have been after him. also was a situation with a worker (I will not go into them) that I and another customer helped (also eat ready to go to other customers) we helped when she was really upset. was also a beautiful girl, really hope that she was ok x just a strange night, but would go again, eat well, and I feel sure that this was not a normal evening."

"we have arrived on sunday for late lunch at 3pm and had been immediately welcomed by Ko, who made us feel as if we were home. we were seated in comfy banquettes and left to look through the menu; straight away I regretted to drive as there is great selection of sake, which Ko was very knowledgeable about and happy to recommend. Food menu is delicious to look at and so many good choices, we ended up with steak tartare, mussels, seafood bouillabaisse and coq au vin. All delicious and to die for ! ended up lunch with black sesame, ginger and yazu ice cream. Food, drinks and service were amazing !"

"excellent. excellent value for money with fast and friendly service, very cheap lunch packages for two courses) and especially extremely good food. portionings are very generously particularly popular are the crispy pork bell, bone cover, grilled cuddly and sea mussels. desserts are a little more hit and miss, so that holding on to start and netzen could be a better option. the menu changes slightly depending on the season and available ingredients, but some of the dishes stay in the course of the year it is sometimes very crowded, so book them in advance! highly recommended and my opinion after one of the best restaurants in london."

"Overall, 3 out of 5 so 'good '. Starters were tasty, though the Camembert was slightly underdone (still a little solid in middle) and choux pastry a little stale. 'Vegan Burger ' was excellent, as were the french fries. The Beef Burger, though tasty had a pretty 'tough ' and 'grizzly ' beef patty and a bit overdone. "We ate at Cote on 11th October, 17 of us for a work meal. We had a fantastic experience, we were well looked after from the minute we walked in. Our waiter was attentive throughout. The food came out promptly for all of us, and was fresh/hot and delicious. We ordered a range of mains and puddings, and everything was tasty and enjoyed by all. For a large group I was concerned about the service/quality of food, but everything was perfect and we will absolutely be back. Thank you!"
