"Welcome to all and has a young feel about it. Also a family friendly environment.. it has a Nice out door play area is set in a real kent country side. yet close to main medway town. You have to drive which could be a down point but you only need one Pint/wine, great food and you can sup-up the relaxed friendly chatty, atmosphere. Bring back the packed calypso sunday afternoon brunch and keep the sunday lunch in-situ it was a perfect combination and unique feature."

"I enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch, served by a very helpful and friendly gentleman. The only downside was that the benches outside were uncomfortable, and the seating inside wasn't much better. They only offered roast and had only two dessert options. I would have given it a 5-star rating if they had proper chairs instead of stools inside."

"If you sit outside, the noise of from the take away coffee queue (crying kids and barking dogs) is overwhelming. To the point where you can’t hear a friend talking right next to you. The waiter staff are lovely. They are both French which adds to the charm but they don’t always understand requests. So it can be hard to communicate changes to orders or special requests. Other than that this is a stunning venue. I would 100% return but I won’t sit near the take away coffee pick up point."

"I am a great fan of the Dining Room, but I am a little like a London bus: I don't (or rather can't) visit for weeks on end and then need to book three days in a row. That's what it has been like recently, and each time has been excellent from entertaining guests for a three course dinner to snatching a single course lunch with a friend. Each time the food has been excellent, as has the service. The Dining Room remains my restaurant of choice in Sherborne."

"I live just outside brighton and one of the main trains to hop on the train and in brighton is gelato gusto. there are in the regular about 8 vegan options that are regularly changed with aromen like ginger nut' cookies and cream' as well as creamy fruit aromas. I guess they could dispense with the milk of the cows and they would sell if not faster, just as they can't say the difference. there are a few small tables and chairs around, so they can eat on mentally their cone or when watching the amazing brighton world go by. it's not just the ice, it's the whole experience. the personal is absolutely beautiful to be brushed all day by the feet (and often with a snake around the corner) they still smile and care, are fast and efficient. and, yesterday I saw that they plan to open an exit right next to the 360-I-Turm thing at the Brighton Sea. will that live better?"

"We went for Sunday lunch. There were 3 of us and we all had the delicious, and beautifully cooked roast beef. After this we had rhubarb fool and apple and blackberry crumble which again was delicious. Our only gripe was that the tap water they served in a jug (we also bought drinks) was undrinkable as it tasted so strongly of chlorine. This was not a major problem but next time we visit there I will order bottled water. Otherwise we will certainly go there again and enjoy their great food and relaxing ambience."

"We made a reservation and it was a good thing we did as the restaurant got surprisingly busy for mid-week. It was our first visit and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. Definitely worth a revisit!"

"I Went for a meal for my daughters birthday, I am a celiac and checked with staff the items I ordered were definitely gluten free, I have been here before and had no issues, but Unfortunately this time 2 hours after the meal, I was getting the usual tell tale symptoms of gluten poisoning and was soon extremely ill. I phoned the manager the next day and also spoke with the chef, and although both were very apologetic, we’re both very certain I had in no way consumed gluten from them. I hadn’t eaten anywhere else that day and have been a celiac for over 25 years so know when I have ingested gluten, and know the symptoms always start at 2 hours after eating it. Had the manager and chef been a bit more open to the chance that some sort of cross contamination must have occurred I would have given the place another chance, very carefully I must add. But as both manager and chef were adamant it wasn’t their food that had poisoned me, I’m afraid all trust has been lost and I will unfortunately not be able to return"

"We expected a refined afternoon tea but this is not the case at One Square. Sandwiches are like doorstops, the filled rolls are enormous and difficult to eat, the tea went cold in 5 minutes and the opera cake was like cardboard with plastic icing. The afternoon tea was served in a foyer area which was noisy and gloomy. The scones were good though! For the best afternoon tea in Edinburgh pay a little extra and go to the Balmoral Hotel. It’s what an afternoon tea should be."

"The staff were superb! The menu was questionable. There were NO vegetarian options on the the menu so the old menu was retrieved and vegetarian options were pointed out from there. No children’s menu on the new menu so yet again the old menu was brought out where the children’s options were pointed out. The menu was very restricted with NO salad option available. I came here with my partner approximately 6 months ago and the menu was much better. I have to say the staff were outstanding! When we booked as a birthday party the restaurant got in touch straight away and said they would try to arrange something special for the birthday girl. They brought out a lovely chocolate cake for her dessert with her name and age iced on. It was a really special touch but I’m not sure I would return if the current menu remains in place."

"There are numerous vegan pizza choices available, with almost half of the menu being vegan or customizable to be vegan. This was my second time dining here and the food was even more delicious. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was lovely. The portion sizes were generous."

"I was thoroughly impressed with my first experience at this restaurant. I enjoyed two delicious coffees, two amazing sausage rolls, and a strawberry and cream frappe. The total cost was £16, and the quality of the food was excellent. I will definitely be returning in the future."

"absolutely love this concept. I myself and the youngest daughter are crazy, so she came to the 8th birthday. loves all climbing and bridging for them. the food was delicious. I just wish it wasn't so busy. most cats seemed excited and fearful of people around them. definitiw also felt rushed. the personal runs around everywhere. I've fucked one in one as soon as possible. an hour is not long enough to relax. or just enjoy being there. we had to pack our food. I really wanted to stay for cake. but daughter loved it. hopefully, they're happy."

"We came to Faraday's for my birthday in a group of 14, we choose to do the prosecco brunch. I can not praise it enough, the food was gorgeous. It came out all together, hardly any wait. The lady that served us our drink was fantastic, and her cocktails are lovely. The was no wait with the service and she was straight to come over and order more drinks . Thank you Faraday's for making my birthday so special, I certainly will be returning."

"I went to the Alex for my birthday meal with three friends. We had planned to go to the Victoria Stakes but had to find another venue as it was closed because of a fire. There was no one else in the restaurant and it was very cold, despite the fire being lit. I hadn 't realised how 'meaty ' the Alex menu was I don 't eat meat! The only main courses that I could eat were fish and chips or mussels. I chose the mussels and these were really nice. My friends who ordered the fish and chips were disappointed to find that the chips were doorsteps rather than 'fries ' and also found the fish had too much batter. The wine went down well. It was a good evening but I won 't rush back."
