"Been travelling to Blackpool for over 20 years just to visit Dixieland because we have always loved the Combo meals. They used to be around £4.50; before lockdown went to £5.50 and then £6.00. We went around 3 weeks ago and the meals were £6.50. We went this week and they were £7.50 !! Wow what an increase for a meal that was awful this time. The chickens had no meat on, definitely not the quality we always used to get and the chips were rock hard. No more Dixieland, unfortunately."

"I usually love bubbleology, taro and tapioca is my drink, however in this one particular shop they barely put any boba in there, even paying for extra tapioca, they give you half of the boba I get in Angel or Stratford, also their card machine keeps breaking,and even when it does work being charged to pay by card in this day and ages is not cool! 1.5 stars, just because the staff is actually very friendly."

"The worst experience off ordering pizza I've ever had. I ordered 4 pizzas and 3 of the 4 had 90% of their toppings spilled off the in the the box. When I called up to say about this at first I was told I would be goverb new pizza but then later was told that I would get nothing and was told to call customer service which lead to nowhere as it is an automated call that doesn't help. One of the employes who I talked to called Ahmed was extremely rude and started shouting down the phone at me when I was asking him what to do to get some sort of refund or different pizza. They also claimed to that the pizza were fine when it was not the case and they looked like they had merged multiple pizza together to make mine. If your looking for a cheese pizza at least you won't have to worry about having no toppings but your stomach and bowls might be displeased the next day."

"The food was what we expected, cannot complain about that! On the other hand, the customer service is a hit or miss depending on what server you receive. We did notice a tall, slim, blonde young girl server, who was polite, helpful and informative. But we received the young, blonde,small young server with fake eyelashes and a bad attitude. As customers who also work in the hospitality industry we are always polite and understanding to staff, as we know what the work can be like. Regardless of how polite we were as customers she was not having it. Her eyes were rolling at us, and didn’t even do the bare minimum as to bring over the pizzas to us (as we ordered via QR code to avoid having her over at our table as much as possible) without giving us dirty looks. I highly recommend this employee gets taught some customer service skills from her co-worker as they were so lovely ! I understand employees can have bad days, but this was unnecessary and luckily did not ruin our positive energy after a nice evening."

"We arrived and there was only 1 other table, the server took us to our seat and told us they were a cashless venue and to scan and order in the app. We had meerkat discount code so I knew that couldn’t be done on the app. We weren’t given menus so I went and got my own, server took order and didn’t take long to arrive and was nice. Whilst we were there a table of 4 came in (I think grandparents and grandchildren) again told to order on the app. After 10 minutes and no one even giving them menus or offering to take an order they upped and left. Same thing happened with a couple with a baby in a pushchair…. 7 covers walked out and there were only 3 occupied tables so no excuses. They need to sort out staffing."

"Overwhelmed by your wonderful staff! So welcoming and friendly. Thankyou so much for looking after us. Couldn't have done anything more to help or please us. Seemed like a great team that went above and beyond. The atmosphere was great and it was lovely to see everyone absolutely blasting their roles down to a T. Slightly let down by the ice machine not working properly (for drinks and cramped seating in our booth I recommend going for a proper table and chairs if you’re tall or have broad shoulders and expect someone to sit next to you. And when did the ice cream factory stop offering a smorgasbord of sprinkles chocolate sweeties to put atop your ice cream??! (In fairness, it’s probably 10 years since I last sat in a Pizza Hut in the UK, so I might be several years out of date in my surprise."

"It was packed and the salad bar looked unclean and messy. I had a pizza, ate the first slice, went to get the second one and there was a giant greasy hair stuck to the pan under the slice I ate and the remaining pizza. I was sickened. The guy said he would refund it all as I sat there whilst my husband ate his. They should have taken his away too so that we could eat together but I was satisfied they were refunding us because of the experience. I find a fee days later they just refunded mine. I complained but they wouldn't do anything. Dirty smelly and with incompetent staff!"
