"I visited this morning as I have been coming for a few years the food was never on point but I wanted to give it a last chance to redeem its self. However, after ordering and waiting for 15 minutes I saw a rat running from the salad bar and into the kitchen at that moment I picked up my stuff and left immediately there was no way I was going to eat the food I ordered. I cannot believe this store is still open after what I saw today there definitely needs to be an inspection I’m going to have to report this. Definitely not worth the money I’d rather spend it somewhere more expensive if it means my food is clean and hygienic."

"What a pleasant surprise this beautiful restaurant turned out to be! When we arrived, I was unsure of what to expect, as the building next door looked quite run down. However, this lovely restaurant is just behind it and is absolutely stunning. We received a warm welcome, and everything looked so appealing. The buffet was amazing, with a fabulous selection and incredibly fresh food. I especially appreciated the unlimited naan and poppadoms included in the buffet, unlike other places where they charge extra for them. The gentleman who served us was incredibly kind and made us feel truly welcome. This little hidden gem is somewhere we will definitely visit again soon. Thank you!"

"Called into this establishment, which calls itself a fish bar at around 8pm on a Saturday evening as we fancied a bite to eat. After waiting around for several minutes while the staff appeared to be putting up pre-ordered food, I was asked what I wanted and said cod and chips . The assistant looked blank, obviously not understanding what I was asking for. After the third attempt, she said A cone of chips? Another staff member overheard and pointed out that I wanted 'fish and chips '. It quite clearly states 'Cod ' on the menu so why the assistant had no idea what I was talking about was baffling and, to me, 'fish chips ' is not 'Cod chips '. When I finally got served, 10-15 minutes later, the food was adequate but nothing to write home about given the rather expensive price. Need to smarten up their ideas and get some staff who actually understand the products they are selling. Won 't be going back again any time soon."

"What an incredible experience, from the moment I went, I was greeted to a warm welcome, an employee even offered to take my coat before I sit down. I can only say the ribs were as fresh as a newly born baby. The only drawback was that I had caught the staff who used the chips to spit saliva in the frit and smiled at me afterwards. Total experience 9/10 due to chip incidence."

"We visited lakeside for my step daughters birthday and decided at the end of our trip to get bubble tea before our journey home. We have been to a few bubble tea places in the past and never had any problems. So as bubbleology was closest we decided to try it. We first had problems when ordering, the gentleman on the till seemed to struggle to take our order but when I see the receipt I see our 5 drinks were correct so went round to wait at the waiting area. Our next problem came when our drinks were ready, only 2 out of 5 of them was correct so after 10 minutes of correcting we finally had our drinks which caused a meltdown for my autistic niece as one of the men who I later found out was the manager was being quite rude. We walked away with our correct drinks and put it behind us laughing a little to ourselves about how difficult it had been just to get some bubble tea. Unfortunately the drama wasn’t over... 3 of the kids who had milky bubble tea that were the ones that had been wrong all started complaining. One was lumpy (which ended with the child gagging and going into another autistic meltdown), the other 2 complaining it didn’t taste right and refusing to drink it. There was definitely something not right with the drinks so we made our way back to bubbleology. The first lady we spoke to was amazing, she was apologetic and offered us a full refund. Unfortunately the manager then got involved and was not so nice and was actually extremely rude and made my mum take one of the drinks out of the bin as one of the kids had thrown the drink in the bin in disgust before we could stop them. He reluctantly gave us our refund (which I am still waiting to reach my bank today) I have never experience a manager with such bad management and people skills. The young lady was amazing though and did help make the situation a little less stressful as i hate confrontation, its a shame she is not the manager. If the young lady is reading this thank you again for your help. It did put a bit of a spoiler to the end of our trip including one of the kids feeling sick. I hope the manager gets some extra training and works on his people skills"

"my daughter and I went to this restaurant for a meal, we had a meal that was on the offer, ie a large pizza with 2 sides and 2 pudding, we got a large margarita with garlic filled rolls as edge that was beautiful, 1 torf of fries were beautiful and 4 slices garlic broth and of course was made space for the pudding, 2 ksteig and 2 kt. I'm just because when we enter pizza hut, we were told that it's just a card, then when they sit everything happens over the pizza hut app and a QR code, for which table her is fed, nobody takes her order, only a waitress brings her to eat and takes the teller once ready. how long does it take until there are no waiters/ waiters. I'm sure it won't take long, cbdc, (central bank digital currency) but then again, eating at a pizza place can't be good with cbdc as it is classified as unhealthy eating. this is my opinion after fear. they enjoy pizza cap as long as they can."

"It seems to be a common theme now with Pizza Hut - they are completely cashless, which has resulted in a decline in customer service and standards. The restaurant was dirty, and the staff seemed to lack guidance as there was no customer service to speak of. It makes you question why they still have restaurants at all, as they might as well be takeaway only. During our visit, we watched the staff clear the salad buffet and pick out old bits with their bare hands. The food was not cooked properly when it finally arrived, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable. It was concerning to think about the hygiene standards in their kitchen. They do not accept cash at all, and we had to practically beg someone to take our order as they insisted on using their website. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"Ordered pizza for collection, went in early to collect and waited for ages for my pizza to be ready to then be told the base I ordered is out of stock. Could have told me this when I went in rather than making me wait all that time. Asked for a refund to be told I might get it in 3-5 working days and if not I need to chase it up and I can’t get confirmation of the refund being processed before I left the store. Inconvenience one after the other. It’s really not good service or consideration for the person waiting. Staff was also dropping pizza trays on the floor constantly, loud banging like they all can’t be bothered and had other people complaing. Not run well at all. Also should be aware that it’s ramadan and people waiting could have been fasting all day, should have some awareness to not waste their time standing around waiting for a pizza thats out of stock when you can be courteous and tell them so they can go elsewhere. I would avoid this takeaway, shambles."

"We arrived and there was only 1 other table, the server took us to our seat and told us they were a cashless venue and to scan and order in the app. We had meerkat discount code so I knew that couldn’t be done on the app. We weren’t given menus so I went and got my own, server took order and didn’t take long to arrive and was nice. Whilst we were there a table of 4 came in (I think grandparents and grandchildren) again told to order on the app. After 10 minutes and no one even giving them menus or offering to take an order they upped and left. Same thing happened with a couple with a baby in a pushchair…. 7 covers walked out and there were only 3 occupied tables so no excuses. They need to sort out staffing."

"Overwhelmed by your wonderful staff! So welcoming and friendly. Thankyou so much for looking after us. Couldn't have done anything more to help or please us. Seemed like a great team that went above and beyond. The atmosphere was great and it was lovely to see everyone absolutely blasting their roles down to a T. "Most franchises are average at best, but I've found Pizza Hut to be consistently great, at least in the UK. Thankfully this one was no exception! The restaurant is bright, clean and easily accessible, and I was very pleased by the reception on entering by the staff. I ordered a Christmas special pizza which arrived at my table within minutes and was, quite simply, fantastic. On top of that the girl that was attending the table was very friendly and polite, and went a bit beyond to help (for example, they had no ice so she was kind enough to bring me a chilled glass instead). Do I have any complaints? yes, but it's about the company rather than the establishment... you are encouraged to order and pay through your phone which annoys me slighty. They are wanting the customer to do the work so they can hire less staff and make more money, and dressing it up as a convenience to the client. I much prefer the human interactions... But, that said, the actual meal, local, and staff were great, and it was altogether a great experience and I'll definitely repeat."

"Ok so firstly, you can only order on their website. No problem I thought but then they make you sign up giving name, address and inside leg measurement. I only want a pizza! I understand there is a need to contact trace but they got...my telephone number when I booked the table and I signed in using the COVID app. So minutes later after finally ordering, I sat and watched our drinks at the bar for minutes while staff follow each other around doing nothing. After the time the walked past my drinks, I got my own. Almost an hour after sitting down, I’m still waiting for my pizza and no one around us has been served. I’d walk out but as I’ve already paid and there is no hope of getting any of the (ample) waiting staffs attention so I have to sit here and wait. The restaurant isn’t busy either so no reason for the delay Hopefully my food arrives soon!"
