"i would really advise strongly against using the services of this restaurant .ive used them three times and never again. im an experienced waiter of many years standing and have never and would never give such bad service to a customer or i wouldnt have a job.my first time ordering a received a call after some time asking to come down to a car to pick up my food.i informed the driver to ring my bell(i live in a house)and bring my food to me.he then buzzed my bell and came up the stairs huffing and puffing as if i was putting him out.he obviously doesn't understand what delivery means.he was so miserable i was really worried that my food could have been maliciously interfered with.i went through the same experience twice more although i always tipped him.i went to order again and was told we dont deliver to you anymore .use uber eats and the phone was dropped twice on me.this is so shocking im enraged and words fail me that this kind of attitude happens in the uk.if your driver doesent want to deliver get on that does want to.these points have already been covered in many other reviews,very negative experience and just generally very unpleasant.thank god there many other restaurants in the area ,so i dont have to give support to such unprofessional outfits"

"First off, going to the premises to collect my meal was promising, you can see the food being cooked, so that tells me they have nothing to hide and I was confident with the cleanliness of what I could see. The employees were polite with a friendly face and there were comfortable sofas to sit and wait on. The meal itself was absolutely beautiful. My favourite item was the veg samosas, definitely the best I’ve ever had. The popodums were melt in your mouth. I ordered a little side curry because I prefer to eat my curry with naan and popodums dipped in it/ scooped on top of the piece of naan/popodum rather than the usual rice and dump the sauce on it. I did have a rice as well though, don’t see many places offer garlic rice so I decided to try- again, flawless. I definitely recommend and will be back."

"forget the decoration, everything about eating. the best lamm karahi in glasgow there is no doubt about it and that with the best in Scotland. it is really hard to get a better tasting curry full hold. freshly made, fresh nan and red. taste and taste were divine. When I got through, I made a point to come back. overpriced restaurants could learn something or two from these youngs. service with a smile, also had the huh tikka, which is delicious. recommended and five stars all over the way. If I'm ever up the neck of the forest, this place is saved in my favorites."

"A group of friends and I visited Glasgow and stumbled upon this charming restaurant. I was impressed by the beautiful paintings on the walls that brought back childhood memories. However, the food was a letdown. We ordered fish pakora and chili chicken, but the presentation of the chili chicken was unconventional and not to our liking. The taste was also disappointing. The Gol Goppa was a standout dish. The chicken Chettinadu and prawn korma were okay, but lacked authenticity. The biryani was overly buttery, overshadowing the spices and fragrance. The naan was the highlight of the meal. The staff was polite and the service was efficient. Overall, this restaurant may not be suitable for those seeking authentic Indian cuisine."

"I had booked a table for 2 as it was hubbies birthday. When we walked in we were warmly greeted and shown to our table upstairs. Please note there is a lift available). The chair was comfy and plenty of table room. The waiter brought our lunch menu and explained the dishes on offer. Please note they have changed the lunch menu to that shown on their site). It now a choice of three complete menu dishes. We ordered the meat menu and it arrived on a sectioned stainless steel plate and we were not disappointed what was on it. One section for starter, three section holding chicken, lamb different curries, boiled rice and chapatti. Oh boy was it tasty and we cleared our plates. We washed it down with a J20 and Coke. The bill was £25.80 to which £5.90 was for the drinks). I would recommend this place and for one will definitely be going back."

"We started using Bonoful when our closet Indian takeaway went downhill and we would not go anywhere else. The delivery is a real bonus for us as many don't deliver out to our village. The service and food are both fabulous and the discount offered for collection is also great when we have time to collect. The food is always delicious and hot and the welcome is warm whthe that's when we collect or when delivered and the owner always knows and remembers who we are . "Hungover and wanted a carvery delivered. The meat was the texture of what could only be described as, cabbage? almost as if it was boiled and watered down, tasteless to say the least. The promise of home made stuffing came to a burning halt when...i opened the box only to find out that I was sold a dream so be faced with a grey ball that was the texture of sand?? the roast potatoes were raw yet soggy? Don’t even get me started on the ‘cauliflower cheese’, nothing like dry cauliflower with no cheese. the array of 2 different vegetables was honestly what’s not to love about raw hard veg. Oh and not to mention it was stone cold upon arrival. Delivery time took 2 hours. Needless to say this is nothing short of an abysmal meal. but a let down with no other than smash and aunt betsy’s yorkshire puddings. wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy."

"2nd visit here and was a spur of the moment meal. Staff really on the ball to get menu and drinks sorted. Nice poppadoms and pickles tray to start, then a Dhansak which was sweer rather than hot and sour, still really good. Washed down with a pint of bicycle club IPA, first for me and very drinkable. All that for a touch under £22. Bargain. Will be back next time I'm working in the area. Service: Dine in"

"The food and service here are always excellent. So much so we often request a takeout if we want the same amazing food but at home. Good healthy cooking without the loss of favour or high quality ingredients. The meat is excellent quality and good cuts, which adds to the quality of all the dishes."
