The starters are classic, with some creative twists—our personal favorite is the hearty fish carpaccio.
The cheese selection is excellent, featuring smoked ricotta, blue cheese, and pecorino served with the most delightful homemade chili jam and honey. The wine list includes a fantastic selection of classic Italian wines, but I highly recommend trying the Sardinian varieties, particularly those made from Cannonau grapes. They are smooth, full-bodied, and wonderfully fragrant. Prices are reasonable, starting around £16, but if you're inclined to splurge a bit, I highly recommend the Simmaco Isola dei Nuraghi from 2005—it was so good we ordered a second bottle. Overall, this place is a gem for anyone seeking genuine Sardinian cuisine!"
