"The bistro was somewhat empty and as a result, it felt quite dull and lacking in atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The lasagna was cooked and served in the same dish, making it extremely hot. The garnish was minimal, consisting of just a few sprigs of greenery."

"I had the best meal in Santa Fe at this restaurant! It was absolutely outstanding. We arrived around 9 am on a weekday morning and the restaurant was only about 20% full."

"We made a reservation through OpenTable, but our payment wasn't taken off the final bill. This was disappointing and has shaken my trust in OpenTable's booking system. I would recommend making reservations directly with the restaurant instead of using OpenTable. I no longer trust them!"

"I ordered seafood paella. When my main course arrived I thought my goodness the portion is so small. But once into it it was just enough to fill me probably wouldn’t have been enough for a male though. There were 4 prawns with very little other bits of fish thankfully there was enough rice to fill me up."

"Visited this restaurant many times, have seen a definite decline in both service and food. 4 different members of staff attended our table, the food was literally passed over my friends head by a member of staff whose hair was hanging around her face. Menu remains relatively unchanged and lacks variety.Only one member of staff had their hair tied back. No uniforms on staff, all wearing normal cloths. Disappointed as this used to be a really good restaurant."

"What a big shame. This pub has such an amazing potential, but it was like he was led by people who had never worked in a bar or restaurant. No one could give me a direct answer to what was actually on the children's menu, mother in the law is celiac and they had one thing on the menu that was gluten-free, which was a warm beet salad, that was not warm and the salad was like slime. We booked for an early lunch, so they came there as they opened and tried to order the soup of the day from the special menu, but they had expired! There was no one in the pub. The garden is a large room with a small playground for children, but ashtrays on the tables were full and there was garbage over the garden. It was like there was a massive party in the night before they weren't tied up. Such a shame as this is a relatively local pub where we live, but we will definitely not go back."

"We had booked a pitch for a motorhome and booked the restaurant on a Sunday evening. Normally on a Sunday most pubs have very little choice apart from the standard Sunday roast, which is fine if that’s what you want. But we found the menu excellent for choices as well as the roast dinners. We were not disappointed in any part of our stay, the staff was most helpful, polite and the food was exceptional. We both had starters and burgers to follow which were lovely, very tasty and well presented. Reasonably priced, nice comfortable bar and dog friendly. We would definitely recommend"

"We had a steak and ribs to start with. The ribs were fantastic, they fall off the bone and were absolutely delicious. The steak was served with a peppercorn sauce, which in my views was a bit different, but actually one of the best l have had. Overall a great place with good steaks and ribs for the meat lovers out there. The only niggle that I would have, is the smell off those ordering meat on a stone. Despite we didn’t ordered it, we did leave we the smell. However, that did ruin the experience we had. Food wise good overall a good experience. I will come back for the ribs..."

"This restaurant has a great American vibe with options like burgers, ribs, Miller or Corona beer, and more. As soon as we sat down and looked at the menu, we felt like we were in America. The food was absolutely authentic. We tried the honey chicken wings for €9.50, which had a lot of meat and were perfectly cooked. The portions are big, just like in America, so you may want to skip the appetizers. We also tried the Cajun onion burger for €13.80, which was perfect, and the baby back ribs for €19, which were delicious and easy to eat. The meal was topped off with a classic coleslaw salad and a Corona beer. Everything tasted just like in the US, but a bit pricier. This place is a taste of America right in Berlin at Potsdamer Platz."

"The food arrived cold at the table, and the chips we ordered for the baby were covered in salt. Overall, it was a really disappointing meal, and I've had poor service here in the past as well."

"We were visiting the area for the weekend with our family, who have a few dietary allergies. I usually spend a lot of time searching for a good place where we won't get sick. Despite arriving late to our reservation (thanks to GPS getting lost), the restaurant was very accommodating. Our table was set up with a high chair for our toddler and extra space for our newborn. The food was fantastic and they had plenty of gluten-free options available."

"Genuinely superb. Thank goodness we came here. Completely different place since they got rid of the buffet. Food absolutely delicious and service from Dipak and the team was GREAT. Deserved to be really busy. Good range of food all reasonably priced. One of our party was having a birthday and was made to feel really special. OVERALL SUPERB!"

"Was in jolly Newcastle Upon Tyne for a couple of days to see the sights and listen to the lovely Geordie accent *sigh* Being only a few hours away on the train from Edinburgh it actually makes the perfect long weekend or day trip. We arrived early afternoon and couldn 't check in until 3pm so we decided to pop in somewhere not too far away from our lodgings for a bite to eat. First place we wandered into looked, from the outside, like a lovely, homely family pub but upon entering and viewing the menu we soon discovered this most certainly was not the case...turned out to be a very swish and expensive gastropub full of lots of suits on their 'long business lunches '. Ooft. Upon noticing the fish chips was gonna call for a small bank loan to be taken out we made our excuses and left crimson faced (but it was okay coz they 'didn 't charge us for 'water ' we never asked for! Gee, thanks! *grumble* So off we trotted...only a few hundred or so yards down the street we came across another bar being a bit hesitant this time we were delighted to see a menu for out perusal looked good AND they had a lunchtime offer of a sandwich, chips and a drink for £5.95, woo! In we headed. I hadn 't actually noticed but this was in fact a Greene King pub, living in Glasgow/Scotland means we don 't get such pubs around, mores the pity as coming from East Anglia I am very partial to the odd pint (or 3 of Greene King 's delicious IPA, slurp! As soon as I spotted the GK IPA sign I was tres happy. We both opted for the sandwich deal and I had the hand(as opposed to the not so popular 'foot ' battered fish finger sandwich and the Boy chose the ham hock with chilli piccalilli. Both were delicious but I have to say the Boy won this one his ham hock and chilli piccalilli sandwich was gorgeous! I was more than a tad jealous I must admit. Dang. Still, mine was pretty good and the chips salad were very tasty too. All that washed down with a delicious pint of GK IPA made me one happy camper indeed. (FYI: I don 't DO the camping; I like to be no further than at least 50 feet from a flushing toilet at all times...cue the horrendous festival portaloo flash backs...ARGH! Bar staff here were very friendly and I must admit, it did take me a couple of attempts to completely understand a question he asked me *blush* I came over all Alan Partridge and the 1st time he spoke it was 'just noise '. Oof. Great accent though. Love it. So yep, friendly staff, yummy food and a great pint in a bar that also gives you a cracking view of the Gateshead Millennium Bridge, river Tyne and also the Baltic modern art gallery whilst sat in a super comfy sofa great. If ever I am in the NUT again I will for sure pop into this pub again. Why aye man! (sorry ."

"Booked for afternoon tea for a group of 12 for a small celebration. The experience and food were absolutely fine; however despite me contacting the hotel in advance by email and phone several times to confirm numbers and check whether or not a preorder was required (we were told on the phone it was not required, nor did we need to confirm the numbers until arriving on the day, both of which I specifically asked about) when we arrived the lady in charge was not aware of the arrangements I had made and seemed quite annoyed when my friend who arrived before me (and had nothing to do with the booking) didn’t know how many people were in our party. I had also asked if we could come in early and put up some balloons etc (absolutely fine if not which is why I asked) and was told that would be ‘more than fine’ on the phone, but again on arrival this hadn’t been communicated to the staff on duty so that we felt we were being a nuisance."
