"Visited as a group of 4. The food came out for 2 people and the other 2 ended up having to wait another 15 minutes for food. Food was your everyday nandos quality as always but as a frequent visitor of Nandos I've never had the issue where only half of the table being served and the other half just left there without an explanation. I was expecting someone to collect the chicken stick to ask if everything was okay to bring it up, but it was just left the entire meal. I ended up having to ask a member of staff to follow up with our missing food."

"Great service here, we were a tad bit early but that wasn't a problem, we were seated and served very quickly and politely. The starter was excellent drinks too were all served quickly. We had a pizza main course which was delicious and well presented. One of us had a dessert as the starter and main was such a generous size. Staff were all pleasant, we left as things were getting busy."

"I wish I could give zero. As frequent customers via Deliveroo (mentioned on our receipt), tonight a whole main dish (of 2) was completely missing. We reported on Deliveroo but also rang the restaurant, who, after answering the phone and leaving me on hold for a long time, told me the food had been in the bag and to speak to the Deliveroo driver inferring that he had taken the food. As I explained, the bag was sealed and if/when it is opened, the bag tears so as it had not, they clearly had not included the dish. They offered a refund but I still needed dinner? They were not interested. We have now had to pay premium delivery, again, for the missing dish. To be clear, I do not believe this is a Deliveroo issue, the response received from Prezzo was disgusting, they simply did not care."

"I visited this restaurant with a group of friends whom I hadn't seen in a long time. The atmosphere was great, the food was fantastic, and the staff were polite and friendly. We had a great night overall. However, when we went to pay for our meal, we were informed that they only accepted card payments and not cash. The only exception was for tips, which they accepted in cash. There was no information posted on the restaurant door or anywhere else indicating this policy. Thankfully, we all had cards with us, but it could have been a problem if we didn't. They should make it clear on their doors and remind customers before seating them of their cash-only policy for payment."

"After reading real good reviews, I had been waiting to check this place out for quite sometime now and finally today I did! I mean c 'mon now, the only grilled cheese sandwich shop in London! Who wouldn 't wanna go? Food: grilled cheese it is. A tiny cute place with a very appealing menu. We ordered Mac 'n 'cheese, BBQ Chicken and Portobello Mushroom. For the price of around £5 each it wasn 't bad at all! Though we were expecting something more fancy but it 's cheap and it 's cheese AND we were completely stuffed with just one. My friend who got the one with chicken didn 't find it that great to be honest. Maybe because of all the raised expectations and imagination. Service: the staff was really polite and nice. Full points to them! Ambience: the bright yellow and white tiny shop definitely gives a very nice vibe. Definitely worth a try!"

I felt hungry as always,) so the ochsenwangen had a side of the skin on fries. I have properly informed that it would be significant. the eating was just delicious, I can honestly say it was the most beautiful eating I had in a quite long time again a few years) and I often eat. from the 1st mouth full to the last did not want to finish it) it was simply amazing. ox wange is something I didn't have, but braided in a simple gravity and only a few nice with my fries that slept up the juice, I was in the food-to-food sky. I stayed for a few hours enjoying the beer and atmosphere created by entertainment and the staff as well as the good amount of people also a good evening. "Got persuaded to get wagyu steak which is totally way too fatty for 2 ppl to share a 500g wagyu steak. Wish the waiter would make that clearer to us how fatty it would be, it’s more something to have a couple of slices each and then have a standard steak. "A lovely family day has ended rather disappointingly after a trip to our local Prezzo restaurant in Chippenham. We waited 50 minutes for the pizzas to arrive, two of which were totally undercooked and soggy so we could not eat together as a family. Others in the restaurant were also sending food back. It all appeared unprofessional and chaotic, I’m afraid. They cooked them again but by this time we’d had enough (not food, I might add) and just wanted to leave. Sure, they boxed this one up for us to take home £15.95 and rather scant lack of topping for the money, don’t you think? I will add that one of the waitresses tried her best, the manager waived the bill other than a couple of drinks, but not what we ultimately wanted of course. I tried to shake his hand to thank him for the gesture he didn’t even look me in the eye. At that point we left. I did not pay for the drinks. We were told that they’ve had 7 managers in a year, amusingly the same number of pieces of pepperoni on this rather lame looking pizza. Ha! Something is obviously very wrong. Wages? Training? Who knows? Don’t think we shall be beating their door down again. @love_prezzo? Certainly not me."

"Nearly every year on our anniversary me and my partner have come to Oswestry Prezzo for a meal to celebrate. We have also been here for my brother in laws 50th birthday meal. I find on a lunch time visit it is less busy and staff are super accommodating. The meals are amazing on the lunch menu and the wait for our food is short. We have also been on an evening which has which has been again great service and foot all be it quite busy. When we had the birthday meal for my brother in law the management was not as accommodating as we expected and also there were a few orders that came out wrong but we enjoyed ourself none the less, as we were a party of around 30 people. Both me and my partner have been back since to celebrate another anniversary during the lunch time period and the management didn't fail to be nothing short of amazing. In summary this prezzo is amazing during the lunch time and good on the evening just alot busier during evening times can lead to simple mistakes which the staff are happy to rectify easy enough."

"This was probably one of the worse service experiences I've had at a restaurant. I booked a table for 8 for myself and some friends. The number dropped down to 6 but I wasn't able to advise the restaurant about this as it happened literally at the last minute. My friends were there when I arrived and immediately, i noted everyone was unhappy with the table we were given as it was right next to a window where the sun was beating as well as under an AC device that didnt hit our table at all. I asked if we could move to another table and the waiter blatantly said that we weren't important enough he said something quite unintegible about the table being booked for 8, to which I said we are now six and I wasn't able to advise as it had happened two hours before the booking start time. After that, whenever that waiter served us, it was very blatant that he was doing the minimum for us, such as dropping the cutlery rather loudly on the end of the table instead of placing it under whoever ordered the dessert. He was also hovering in a really creepy way around our table and then walking away. We considered not paying the service charge but decided against it as we didn't want the hassle and when other waitresses were serving us it was ok. The food was good hence the 1 star, but the service was way off all thanks to that waiter and not acceptable for a Friday evening and a big group of people. I tend to book tables for groups of 6 8 of us and Prezzo in Hornchurch has just proved themselves not worthy of this business."

"We were there for lunch. There was only one other couple there when we came. They were serving 4 different main dishes. We ordered 2 beef bourgogne with mashed potatoes. The stew should have been ready to just put on a plate and serve. We had to wait 30 minutes before it arrived and a couple that came in after us was served food before us. Not ok. "This was our second visit to the pub, which is beautifully decorated. We booked in to enjoy an early evening Sunday roast and a few drinks. The young lady who greeted us was warm and welcoming and she thoughtfully put us in a quiet little corner so our large dog wouldn’t be a nuisance to any of the other diners. She also brought our drinks quickly before taking our food order. Unfortunately a few more tables arrived and the dining room was getting full and that’s when it seemed the staff couldn’t cope. We’d ordered another drink as our starters arrived but we got through our first and second courses without the drink arriving. There were also two booths to the side of us and each of these parties were waiting well over half an hour to receive their drinks and there was no sign of any food, so something was wrong either with the bar staff, or not having enough waiting staff on duty to look after the number of diners. After we’d finished, I went to the bar to ask for the bill and the waitress was just pulling my husband’s beer as I approached. Unfortunately it was too late by then as we’d finished eating. To be fair to her, she’d already realised people weren’t getting their drinks and had gone behind the bar to pull them herself. She was extremely apologetic. I told her I wasn’t blaming her, as I could see she was running around busy the whole time we were there and she could only do so much, so this review is absolutely not aimed at her. When she had time, she was brilliant at her job. I’m writing it in the hope that whoever manages the dining room either gets some more resource in place during busy periods or they organise their team better. The food was good on the whole. My ceaser salad starter was lovely and the roast beef dinner was good, although the gravy didn’t seem to be made homemade, which was a shame. My husband had slow roasted belly pork tasty but this hadn’t been roasted for long enough, so the fat hadn’t rendered down like it should have done."
