"Rude service, when we asking for a simple straw, and refused 2 times, saying that they don't have, but every other tables gets their drinks with the straw. And when tried the 3rd time, the guy just didn't wait to finish what I want to say, and jumped with a high voice to me, that if he said they don't have, they don't have... So... Use to come often to have dinner with my family, but never again..."

Me and a friend came in during half term, despite the business the service was great. Vanessa was very attentive, friendly and helpful, smiley throughout.
