"Since this was a complimentary event, the service was a bit slow. However, coming from a hospitality background, I could see the staff was working extremely hard and were quite literally rushed off their feet, so I completely understand. I must admit that if I had been paying, I likely would have considered leaving after waiting for our drinks until after our food arrived.
Another minor issue was the noise level; it could get quite loud and echoed a bit, which made it challenging for my parents, who are slightly hard of hearing, to hold a conversation. That said, the atmosphere was nice and welcoming. I want to commend the staff, who were all very helpful and friendly, and they sincerely apologized for any delays, which I think reflects well on the store. Given that it was opening night, I imagine they were just a bit more stressed than usual.
I couldn't finish my meal, so I requested a box to take my leftovers home, and my dad's starter only arrived as we were leaving, so we took that home as well. The desserts were also delightful and beautifully presented. I'll definitely return soon because the food was amazing, and I love that it’s freshly prepared right in front of you.
