"There was a misunderstanding and the security were fair and kind to me and spoke to me like a human especially Dan marsh and Richie who were following protocol in a professional and non degrading way by trying to help me yet cracking on with the line they have a very busy job but they still gave me the time of the day to help me reunite with my mates after a long time not seeing them. the bar staff are also very lovely always smiling and looking out for you I think her name was Anna very kind recommended going here they’re lovely but don’t take them for granted :"

"we visited the windsor every time we visited london in the last months and were never disappointed. eating and drinking is very expensive (including 2 for 1 cocktails) and the employees work very hard to get a good atmosphere....Every time we were, maisie had stood out from the crowd, she is always super busy, but serves customers to smile, whether on the bar or clearing of the table and deserves recognition for their hard work. we will definitely return!"

"Christmas Catch Up So we booked a little Christmas catch up for 15 people for Saturday 11th December. I booked online to reserve our able and book our food in advance. What was nice was that Emily also contacted me directly from the Goose just to ensure my food was ordered in advance and if I needed any more information on drinks packages etc. When we arrived we were greeted by Emily (nice touch) and shown to out pre prepared area which was lovely. The tables were set out with Christmas crackers and Santa hats and the buffet table was ready with cutlery and sauces. They asked when we wanted the food to ensure it was cooked and brought out when we wanted it and the chief (a lovely Irish lady, didn't catch her name) even popped out to make sure all was OK. For the amount of food we ordered (the silver buffet Christmas package) it was cooked nicely and warm. All the staff were absolutely lovely and really attentive (again special shout out to Emily, also to Robert) When we brought large rounds they brought them over to the table and made sure all was well. Great experience, everyone loved it. We've been visiting the pub for years, especially over the festive period and it was definitely the best experience yet"

"This unique kebab shop is located away from Chipstead Tal Street. I visited after work and decided to try the combination of lamb and chicken doner. It was delicious, especially because they freshly cut the meat right in front of me, unlike other kebab places that keep pre-cut meat in a hot container. The chips were a bit smaller than I expected and a little too salty for my taste. Overall, the food quality and service were fantastic, so I would rate it a 3.5 out of 5."

"I don 't even know where to begin, because the food was an absolute dream! Having lived in Japan myself, I expected the traditional dishes when reading the menu. But all dishes came with a little delicious twist almost like fusion kitchen! The Tempura Octopus was so tender, it almost melted in my mouth. Even the side pickles were really tasty! The fried tofu with its basil oil dip was a little piece of heaven! As the main dish, I ordered Gyudon and expected thin slices of beef with onions and soy sauce, but it was beef shin. Unexpected and super delicious! Also, the staff was really friendly, which isn 't a given nowadays. I can totally recommend this place go and try out as much as possible, because I feel that each dish is worth the visit :"

Back in July last year during a break in covid restrictions I had the pleasure of enjoying a nice cold pint outside the @theexmoutharms . Location location location, if only Phil and Kirsty did pubs, I would imagine they would be salivating at the prospect of securing a pile here in Exmouth market. This area started it’s transformation back in the the mid 90’s when gentrification ensued and times they were a changing, prior to that it was a dodgy part of town and you needed to be either a local or a face to frequent the locality but now that world has disappeared from here. . The Exmouth Arms is easy to fall in love with , just look at the tiles and the brickwork, whats not to like. The pub is a decent size with one long bar on the ground floor and a cosy cocktail bar upstairs. For the beer connoisseur amongst you, there are a wide range of draft, craft and cask ales to choose from with a reasonably priced food menu serving pub classics like fish and chips for £12 .As mentioned earlier, the pub is located in a great spot slap bang in the centre of Exmouth market and sits amongst many decent eateries, cafes and eclectic shops, most of which are independent, so there are some peripheral things to do as part of your visit here. The best named local shop has to be Barber Streisand if you fancy a short back and sides. . The Exmouth Arms is part of the stable of pubs owned by @barworksuk who have a simple approach to how they operate their boozers. They strive to maintain and evolve what is the fundamentals of the Great British Pub which offers great service, great atmosphere and an offering that appeals to both locals and first time visitors. "I had a great time with friends after work for drinks and dinner. Some of us ordered through the app, while others had to go to the bar to place their orders because they couldn’t find what they wanted on the app. The food and drinks were served promptly and had a modern presentation. We decided to order dessert using the app (shared ice cream), but it took nearly 40 minutes to arrive, and we had to ask a staff member about it. She was very friendly and apologized for the wait on both the drinks and the dessert. As we were leaving, the DJ started playing and the place began to get quite busy."
