"Ordered a large chicken tikka kebab with sauce separate at an extra cost from here and large chips and cheese got home to realise that there was no sauce and the chips were cold… I called to complain and he was so unhelpful and had a disagreement about it then eventually offered to give me my sauce which I paid for after speaking for ages in there own language but said I would need to come along for it and I said by the time I come all the way back along for the sauce my food will all be freezing and I want fresh chips they refused until I asked to speak to manager then he said bring all food back and we will replace it all so I did… I go all the way back along to get my fresh order and to return my food and explained that I was pregnant and can’t have the chicken reheated for them to then give me a donner wrap instead and reheated chips I got all the way home again to realise this and had to go all the way back for my refund! I wasted fuel there and back there and back again and they just looked at us and said it was another mistake shocking customer service and a ridiculous way to treat a pregnant woman"

"I booked the restaurant from looking at the reviews and I felt that it was worth a go. From the outside I wasn’t sure. It looked a little shall we say, dated, but upon entering the restaurant the décor was beautiful. We were seated and throughout the service was adequate. The pakora wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but still nice. The curry however was tasty. The chicken was incredibly tender. Reasonably priced. Worth the money I would say. However the toilets would do with a face lift. Over all would say it was good and that I would go back"

"The menu at this restaurant is good, with efficient and friendly staff. I have been coming here regularly for a year and have never had any issues with the food. They offer delicious rich sauces, particularly in the zentara and kalli March dishes. When you order a main dish, you also receive a small salad. If you pre-order over the phone, your food will be ready in 20 minutes, even during busy times. They offer delivery within 20 minutes as well. The chicken tikka charcoal grill is a standout dish, with a light curry sauce that pairs well with naan and chicken. The pakora sauce has a nice kick to it and the portions are generous. In addition to Indian cuisine, they also offer pizza, kebabs, and chips. They have chef selection meals and accept orders through Just Eat. There is a small bench and a TV for waiting customers."

"We had a lovely meal here on Sunday 2nd Jan. As with everywhere else it was very quiet and we seemed to be the first ones in. The food was tasty, and not over salty or oily like some others. I had the lamb shatkora, with a deliciously citrussy sauce that went well with the sweet butternut squash side dish (not seen that in any other curry house). Other dishes had nice big chunks of paneer. Service was polite and friendly. Recent poor reviews seem to be mostly about delivery services and were a bit offputting, but the food and staff were absolutely fine. Might be my new favourite Indian restaurant."

"Love Madhu's at The Grove! Been twice for celebrations and each time the staff has made the evening special. On my last trip, Vishal, our waiter was extremely professional and took the time to make us feel welcomed and explained each of the dishes. Definitely recommend the tasting menu as the food is truly delicious and of high quality. Will definitely return again at some point in time! Meal type: Dinner"

"I visited this restaurant regularly until Christmas 2021. this was my first visit this year and the property has changed again! in the front part of the restaurant were three lights turned on, the light was bad, the heating was...ab and there was no music at all. the waiter' had difficultities in the first part of my order for 2 plain and 2 spicy poppadome and a bottle cobra, after several repeated accusations he finally got it right, except to try to give me 2 bottles cobra at the same time. I decided to skip the starter and chicken jalfrezi mushroom rice and okra ordered. the food came, but the waiter treated the plate with bare hands and not covered with a served cloth, while he got the food I used my bag sanitiser to wipe the plate where he put his thumb. the chicken was tasteless and was possibly boiled, in which the whole meal was tasteless. I paid the bill and went around 9.45 clock within about 1 minute of my leave the restaurant closed and the roller shutters were closed. this was a Saturday night and it seemed that I had been their only eating in the customer. I don't think they'll survive much longer. a great scandal that a beautiful restaurant with a hygiene rating of 5 seems to be on the way last year."

"This was our first visit to this restaurant which is about 5 minutes walk from Chatham Station. There is a varied menu and plenty of vegetarian, fish and meat options. We had difficulty in making our choices, but the waitress made recommendations. The food was delicious and the portions were generous and it was excellent value. "I'm about to order for the second time from here and remembered I said I'd write a review for them if I thought they deserved the praise. They do! Me and my girl both loved the food. Mostly I'd rather cook myself than get a takeaway because I'm generally disappointed with places around Glasgow and feel I've just wasted a bunch of money on low quality garbage. "I used to live near Currymount so ordered from them often, but I moved away and hadn't ordered for a while. I ordered online and was really impressed it arrived in just under minutes. "The restaurant rated well on urbanspoon so we thought we'd try it. We ordered two meat thalis and a side of tarka daal. There was a lot on the table and one thali would have sufficed for both of us. The one vegetable dish in the thali was a little bland in comparison to the others but all in all we weren't disappointed, and the bonus was the price was reasonable Closest tube station is Royal Oak."

"I always command the spicy chicken tikka karahi from bhajee, but from some reason the karahi curry was removed from the menu just eat!? Please bring it back! I have to order from alternative Indian restaurants to have my favorite karahi curry, and they are not as good as bhajee. the curry at bhajee is always very tasty and of good quality (there was one or two curries, where the meat not quite up to scratch a little hard, but that was a rareness.) in the rule has the curry beautiful tikka meat and generous amounts of fresh paprika and wobbles yum. also the rice is beautiful it can not fail. the ‘spicy’ version has recommended for me the correct amount of hotness very. sometimes the delivery is a little slow, but it doesn't matter to wait for me if I know that eating is going to be good. ps: Bhajee staff, if you read this, please bring back the karahi curry on the just eat menu!"

"Have wanted to try this takeaway for a couple of years due to good reviews and a love of spicy food. So finally ordered online last night. Went for the set meal for two consisting of Poppadoms and chutney, two pakoras, salad, two mains with...rice and nan. Had the Himalayan Lamb and Hot Khathmandu Chicken for mains and it was delicious. Everything was cooked really well. Normally with a takeaway you have to re-heat the mains if you eat the starter separately but not in this case, it was all piping hot. Only very slight criticism was too much rice and a plain nan instead of peshwari or keema, but overall an excellent meal. Well worth a try."

"Got some chips with curry sauce just now on my way home from work. The curry sauce is more like a spicy, warming butternut squash soup. On chips it's a bit weird tho, not really what I expected, and they didn't really go well together. I'd totally pay for this as soup with some flatbread on the side, I think it would easily be a hit at a posh café, so do keep it on the menu"
