"Ordered a large chicken tikka kebab with sauce separate at an extra cost from here and large chips and cheese got home to realise that there was no sauce and the chips were cold… I called to complain and he was so unhelpful and had a disagreement about it then eventually offered to give me my sauce which I paid for after speaking for ages in there own language but said I would need to come along for it and I said by the time I come all the way back along for the sauce my food will all be freezing and I want fresh chips they refused until I asked to speak to manager then he said bring all food back and we will replace it all so I did… I go all the way back along to get my fresh order and to return my food and explained that I was pregnant and can’t have the chicken reheated for them to then give me a donner wrap instead and reheated chips I got all the way home again to realise this and had to go all the way back for my refund! I wasted fuel there and back there and back again and they just looked at us and said it was another mistake shocking customer service and a ridiculous way to treat a pregnant woman"

"I'm about to order for the second time from here and remembered I said I'd write a review for them if I thought they deserved the praise. They do! Me and my girl both loved the food. Mostly I'd rather cook myself than get a takeaway because I'm generally disappointed with places around Glasgow and feel I've just wasted a bunch of money on low quality garbage. Home Style food is good though, thank god, I'm confident my curry will be good again tonight!"

"Hi, We have been taking turns with Aberdeen takeaways during lockdown to support local. We have ordered times from Curry Mount via their app and taking the set menu was ok for the first orders however we were very disappointed on the which was selected off the menu, cant email them and no pickup on phone so had to leave a review here. All the dishes except for the Poppadum's and salad were not cooked on the day. The rice was dry and rattling in the box not soft and moist. All chicken dishes in starters and mains were all tough and seemed like they were reheated and put in the sauce. As I cant get hold of them to discuss this I doubt we will be returning."

"We went out for a friend's 40th birthday dinner, and while the food was enjoyable, the service left much to be desired. We had confirmed beforehand that we could bring a cake, but although they allowed it, they refused to serve it for us. When we asked for a knife to cut the cake, the woman at the bar was incredibly rude. She claimed she didn't have a knife and would not even attempt to find one when I asked. However, when her colleague came over, he quickly found a knife right behind the bar, in the very spot where she had been standing. She seemed uninterested that she had been caught in her unhelpfulness and simply looked away. I brought this issue to the attention of the manager at the end of the evening, and he promised to address it with her, so hopefully, it’s just a case of one staff member being unprofessional."

"The menu at this restaurant is good, with efficient and friendly staff. I have been coming here regularly for a year and have never had any issues with the food. They offer delicious rich sauces, particularly in the zentara and kalli March dishes. When you order a main dish, you also receive a small salad. If you pre-order over the phone, your food will be ready in 20 minutes, even during busy times. They offer delivery within 20 minutes as well. The chicken tikka charcoal grill is a standout dish, with a light curry sauce that pairs well with naan and chicken. The pakora sauce has a nice kick to it and the portions are generous. In addition to Indian cuisine, they also offer pizza, kebabs, and chips. They have chef selection meals and accept orders through Just Eat. There is a small bench and a TV for waiting customers."

"I visited the restaurant with a large group and the service was exceptional—extremely attentive and friendly. The food was outstanding; I truly feel this is authentic Indian cuisine at its best. Every dish we had throughout the meal was flawless, showcasing incredible flavors and a perfect balance of spices. While it's not the cheapest option, it offers fine dining at a very high standard. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit. For vegetarians: there are plenty of dishes that cater to your needs. As for parking, there is ample space available within The Grove estate."

"We had a lovely meal here on Sunday 2nd Jan. As with everywhere else it was very quiet and we seemed to be the first ones in. The food was tasty, and not over salty or oily like some others. I had the lamb shatkora, with a deliciously citrussy sauce that went well with the sweet butternut squash side dish (not seen that in any other curry house). Other dishes had nice big chunks of paneer. Service was polite and friendly. Recent poor reviews seem to be mostly about delivery services and were a bit offputting, but the food and staff were absolutely fine. Might be my new favourite Indian restaurant."

"This was our first visit to this restaurant which is about 5 minutes walk from Chatham Station. There is a varied menu and plenty of vegetarian, fish and meat options. We had difficulty in making our choices, but the waitress made recommendations. The food was delicious and the portions were generous and it was excellent value. "I visited this restaurant regularly until Christmas 2021. this was my first visit this year and the property has changed again! in the front part of the restaurant were three lights turned on, the light was bad, the heating was...ab and there was no music at all. the waiter' had difficultities in the first part of my order for 2 plain and 2 spicy poppadome and a bottle cobra, after several repeated accusations he finally got it right, except to try to give me 2 bottles cobra at the same time. I decided to skip the starter and chicken jalfrezi mushroom rice and okra ordered. the food came, but the waiter treated the plate with bare hands and not covered with a served cloth, while he got the food I used my bag sanitiser to wipe the plate where he put his thumb. the chicken was tasteless and was possibly boiled, in which the whole meal was tasteless. I paid the bill and went around 9.45 clock within about 1 minute of my leave the restaurant closed and the roller shutters were closed. this was a Saturday night and it seemed that I had been their only eating in the customer. I don't think they'll survive much longer. a great scandal that a beautiful restaurant with a hygiene rating of 5 seems to be on the way last year."

"This Cambridge restaurant is one of the top curry spots in town. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere and decor are delightful and tidy. What really stands out, though, is the food - it's incredibly fresh. Be sure to try the peshwari naan, which smells heavenly and tastes amazing. Every item on the menu is wonderful, especially the chef's signature dishes. While delivery is an option, it's worth visiting in person to fully enjoy the Meghna experience."

"Ordered two fish and chips by phone. One for me, one for my brother...OH MY GOD! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. "Oh my goodness! I don't even know where to begin with this place.. without a doubt, Bangla Kitchen has the worst takeaway food I have ever had and the customer service we experienced this evening was so terrible, it almost seemed like a joke. First of all, the food was so greasy that it was literally dripping out of the foil wraps. Secondly, when we checked our order, we realized that it was incorrect and parts of it were missing. And the parts that were correct were just awful - the meat was dry, there was a butter wrapper left inside the naan bread, and the tikka masala tasted completely different than usual, almost like something from a jar. When we contacted the restaurant to complain, we were met with a yelling, angry man on the phone who offered no apology and continued to shout at us. I was speechless. In conclusion, if you're looking for delicious Indian food with great customer service, definitely steer clear of Bangla Kitchen. I will never order from there again and would advise others to do the same."

"I absolutely love this, I tried both the main dinner menu and the buffet lunch and both were amazing. the Italian and Indian food is really authentic, the personal is beautiful and the chefs really know what they do. the decor inside is beautiful lush fabrics and a warm comfortable environment. the buffet every day is a fantastic place to take a fast business meeting and fast lunch and the weekend is perfect for a family day. so far I was only for work in mumbai milano, but I am very pleased to visit her Sunday bread buffet with my family. all in all I am quite impressed by this place and look forward to going back!"

"i would really advise strongly against using the services of this restaurant .ive used them three times and never again. im an experienced waiter of many years standing and have never and would never give such bad service to a customer or i wouldnt have a job.my first time ordering a received a call after some time asking to come down to a car to pick up my food.i informed the driver to ring my bell(i live in a house)and bring my food to me.he then buzzed my bell and came up the stairs huffing and puffing as if i was putting him out.he obviously doesn't understand what delivery means.he was so miserable i was really worried that my food could have been maliciously interfered with.i went through the same experience twice more although i always tipped him.i went to order again and was told we dont deliver to you anymore .use uber eats and the phone was dropped twice on me.this is so shocking im enraged and words fail me that this kind of attitude happens in the uk.if your driver doesent want to deliver get on that does want to.these points have already been covered in many other reviews,very negative experience and just generally very unpleasant.thank god there many other restaurants in the area ,so i dont have to give support to such unprofessional outfits"

"I had the most amazing chicken masala here recently. I didn't even know this place existed. I had a business meeting in the restaurant and I am very impressed with the food. definitiw one of the best Indian meals I've ever had. they were looking forward to going back there, they also had a nice pinot grigio I forgot to get the name. the person with whom I had pasta and was also very impressed by their meal. as they can see from the photos, it was also beautifully presented."

"I always command the spicy chicken tikka karahi from bhajee, but from some reason the karahi curry was removed from the menu just eat!? Please bring it back! I have to order from alternative Indian restaurants to have my favorite karahi curry, and they are not as good as bhajee. the curry at bhajee is always very tasty and of good quality (there was one or two curries, where the meat not quite up to scratch a little hard, but that was a rareness.) in the rule has the curry beautiful tikka meat and generous amounts of fresh paprika and wobbles yum. also the rice is beautiful it can not fail. the ‘spicy’ version has recommended for me the correct amount of hotness very. sometimes the delivery is a little slow, but it doesn't matter to wait for me if I know that eating is going to be good. ps: Bhajee staff, if you read this, please bring back the karahi curry on the just eat menu!"
