"Have wanted to try this takeaway for a couple of years due to good reviews and a love of spicy food. So finally ordered online last night. Went for the set meal for two consisting of Poppadoms and chutney, two pakoras, salad, two mains with...rice and nan. Had the Himalayan Lamb and Hot Khathmandu Chicken for mains and it was delicious. Everything was cooked really well. Normally with a takeaway you have to re-heat the mains if you eat the starter separately but not in this case, it was all piping hot. Only very slight criticism was too much rice and a plain nan instead of peshwari or keema, but overall an excellent meal. Well worth a try."

"During our visit to Cheltenham, we stumbled upon this charming restaurant by chance. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive to all our needs. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained. My husband ordered an Afghan chicken dish from the special menu placed on our table and he loved it. I opted for the Bombay Aloo and was not disappointed. The meal came with fluffy pilau rice and a delicious garlic naan bread. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and would highly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant. Well done!"

"Sadly another Takeaway that had a great reputation and customer service but since new owns have taken over no so much service isn't good and owner doesnt understand that that he should remove items from his menu no raise the price of items and deals but then refuse to sell them i would rather pay to have new menus printed with the correct items and deal that i am willing to sell at those prices and not have to pay a fine for false advertising. But sadly it's only the latest of a sting of local takeaways in this area that have change owners and the new owns who bought the business because it was doing so well wont have the same level of custom as they dont seem to understand the things the previous owners did that got them those customer levels. Some rule for achieve this is. If it is not broke dont try to fix it. But to many these people think they know better."

However, we found the prices for pappadams and naan to be excessive. The food was served in large containers with lids, which made it difficult to fit everything on the table. "I recently visited this restaurant because it is local and I had read some good reviews. It can be difficult to find a restaurant with a 5-star hygiene rating. However, I was not completely satisfied with my experience. The naan bread was delivered at the end of the meal, which the manager explained was traditional. My husband's lamb dish was chewy and tough, and when we mentioned this, we were told that this was how it should be. As we were leaving, I mentioned that I would not be returning, and the manager followed us out onto the street, arguing that my husband had ordered the wrong dish, which is why it had not been to our liking. My chicken kahari was decent, but my son's tali was mediocre at best. Despite the mixed experience, I would still recommend giving this restaurant a try, as the manager's behavior reminded me of characters from the show "Fawlty Towers.""
