"This Starbucks Cafe is situated mid Uxbridge town , Middx England. Uxbridge is a busy fashionable town with close links to the Capital of London , not far away. It has tube train links and bus routes of frequency. So this Cafe is within the Chines Shopping Centre. It’s a two tier establishment, with wheelchair access via bottom entrance. It’s also family friendly and I think tourists will love to visit too. It has a reasonably priced menu of hot/cold snacks , also drinks too. It’s restricted on bottom level , with few table seating area. But upstairs is bigger if able to climb stairs. No lift access unfortunately! Ok still worth a welcome rest in between shopping or travel onwards."

"booked for the Mother's Day. table for 1 and came there in quarter past and it seemed that they already gave our table for someone else. we had put together a makeshift table and we were told we had to release an hour and a half later. all very good, but the service is not so fast. I felt as if I watched my watch and still had no control over it, so not the best! staff very polite and beautiful, but not the most relaxing lunch I had."

"This is one of my favorite restaurants in Watford. Housed in a converted old post office, the high ceilings and large windows create a bright and spacious atmosphere. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff are courteous and attentive. I've never felt rushed during my visits here, which is a refreshing change from other Italian restaurants in Watford. It's perfect for both lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Ate here with my wife and children before going to see a film. We had tried to find a table in all the swanky new eating places up by West Quay with no luck. Called ASK to find out if they could accommodate us and they could. We were greeted and seated within moments, the staff were very attentive without being too intrusive and the food served was EXCELLENT. It arrived (as ordered) piping hot and very well cooked. Even the broccoli on my plate was hot whilst retaining a satisfying crunch, instead of being soft, mushy and tasteless as is so often the case. Needless to say, not a crumb was left on any of our plates. I had a dessert; can 't remember it 's exact name, but it was a different take on an Eton Mess, and it was D. I. V. I. N. E. Well worth another visit soon....."

"Good location in the heart of Lichfield with outside seating and views of the cathedral. All staff offered first class service which was always polite, pleasant and efficient. I particularly would like to thank the young man who in advance chilled us a bottle of red which is so difficult to get in this country. The food was a delight for all three courses. We shall definitely add this to our list of favourites and have no hesitation in recommending a visit."

"Last New Year's Eve, we dined at another Ask Italian location (Paddington), and it was so enjoyable that we didn't hesitate to book again, this time at their Park Street location in London. It was quite busy on New Year's Eve, but that didn't pose any issues. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite. We had a great table and were even treated to a small welcome drink. There was a wide selection on the menu, and once again, the food was excellent. I highly recommend it!"

"This is a great restaurant, and I always come here for lunch if I am in Wells. It has a nice bright modern looking interior and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is situated at the top of town next to the street market and just before you get to the cathederal. Ask is a family friendly restaurant with plenty of high chairs and last time I was in here with my children they gave my little girl an activity pack with little pencils and stickers which I thought was a really nice touch and it kept her amused. The have a good range of pizzas and pastas, my favourite is the vegetairan pizza which has loads of nice chunks of vegetables in it, the pizza is not quite as nice a pizza express pizzas but they do a better range of pasta. My favourite dish is their baked mushroom starter, it is delicious!"

"Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. Despite being extremely busy, there was not enough staff and those present seemed inexperienced. We waited for more than five minutes at the door before anyone acknowledged us, and even longer before we were seated. After 10 minutes at our table, no one had taken our order so we had to use the app to order (not ideal for dining in a restaurant). An hour after arriving, our starters arrived but our drinks were still missing, so we had to ask for them. When the drinks finally arrived, one was missing and the waitress seemed confused. We waited with dirty plates on the table for around 20 minutes after finishing our starters. The waitress then cleared the plates and after another 15 minutes, our main dishes arrived. Unfortunately, they had run out of pizza, which we did not order. My dish (beef pappardelle) was good, but my partner's (pollo Milanese) was cold. The tables were sticky and the toilets were out of toilet paper. We spoke to another customer who had also had a poor experience. They mentioned considering asking for their food to go due to the long wait. It seems that the option for takeaway or delivery may be affecting the restaurant's service quality. Overall, the experience was not worth the cost. Service: Dine in. Meal type: Dinner. Price per person: £20-30."

"I went to italia in basingstoke yesterday with some friends. the starter and the drinks were really good, but my pasta court and other girls at my table were unfortunately quite bad (it happened! . worked for many years in restaurants and busy with complaining all the time, I said nothing to our server when she seemed busy and didn't want to disturb her. when the bill came, she took mine and the other girls pasta dishes off when she noticed that we didn't eat them. the girl is petite with long escapes, I just wanted to thank because that was a really nice gesture and her service was so good!"

"we went to an early meal on a Saturday, as I wanted a good dish pasta to load on carbs the next day. I got the food I needed, an excellent rosmarin bread to begin and a very large part of the chicken penance I could not finish. I had not expected the restaurant to be so busy at this time. there were families with young children and teenage parties, which there are very loud and a little slow in service with employees rushed around trying to keep all customers happy. In summary, eating was good, but avoiding them if they like a quiet meal and a chat."

"I hope we just visited on a day when things weren’t running smoothly. The restaurant wasn’t very busy when we arrived, and we had planned for an hour and a half before our theater reservation. We didn’t order any starters, except for my granddaughter, who was supposed to get crudités and dough sticks as part of her kids' meal. We had to ask for those after her pizza had already arrived. The garlic bread and zucchini fries came before our main courses, even though we had requested everything to be served together. We also waited a long time for the staff to take our dessert order, only to be informed that one of our choices was out of stock. After another long wait for the desserts to arrive, we were left with only five minutes to eat them before heading to the theater. The setting is wonderful; it's just a shame the overall experience didn't match."

"We booked a table on Saturday evening at It was busy when we went in, but we got greeted by the Manager (came from Bodrum) and he seated us. He took our order and then we were looked after by Liliana, lovely polish lady...who continued to look after us throughout the evening and greeted us with a little drink on the house. Our meal as always was piping hot and very tasty. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The Manager at one point could see I was looking round to attract attention and came over to see what I wanted, he was at the till at the time, but his customer service along with Liliana was very good. "Very bad service. It was obvious they wanted to close early. Bought out our mains when still eating starters. Turned a table of people away when the restaurant was empty. Our Waitrose was outside smoking and on her phone, when she came back in we had to call her over and she cleared our plates with her coat on. We asked for coffees but were told they had switched the machine off as they wanted to close because they ‘didn’t have any customers’ this was on a Saturday night. Very disappointed."

"If you want to go for a nice cocktail this is not the place to go I’m sorry. I drunk it because I’m the type of person that it doesn’t complain but this “Mai tai” was an orange juice with ice and some foam. My husband had complained about his drink as he want having it. We live at Pan peninsula so we were giving it a try but after this definitely not coming back.
