"Good location in the heart of Lichfield with outside seating and views of the cathedral. All staff offered first class service which was always polite, pleasant and efficient. I particularly would like to thank the young man who in advance chilled us a bottle of red which is so difficult to get in this country. The food was a delight for all three courses. We shall definitely add this to our list of favourites and have no hesitation in recommending a visit."

Fairly busy Friday night ⦠service could have been a little better didnât have a dedicated server so it was a little sporadic. Table outside quite a nice location Food good used internet voucher for free drinks so overall good value for money

Booked via OpenTable received email confirmation. When we arrived there was no record of our booking the young lad âhuffed puffedâ because it meant they had to open up another section of the restaurant. Please Ask chain, can you have proper wine glasses ??

We waited over mins for our main course, when it arrived both the Lasagne and the Pizza were burnt, our waitress was very apologetic , but it should not have left the kitchen in that state!!!! I ordered an extra side of mushrooms on my pizza, there were thin slices, a total rip off, not good enough ASK!!!!!! We will not return and will advise our friends to do the same.

Booked through open table restaurant told us they'd had problems with notifications from the site and had no knowledge of the booking but nevertheless we were seated mins later others arriving on-spec were turned away. Service excellent. Staff very polite. Lovely olive bread with oil and balsamic to start. Excellent pasta and seafood with a real kick of chilli. Good calzone well filled with chicken. Too full for pudding. Recommend the Peroni Royale.
