Forgot to let us know they sold a mug we drove half an hour to get after already paying for, couldn’t get it refunded without being switched around employees multiple times. Treated rudely and brushed aside.

So today we went to Starbucks to find out the secret menu and the staff helped us. Although we didn’t get the drinks she still helped us secretly and that’s honestly great to us . We even gave a tip in the tip box...!
