"It was my twins 27th birthday. At first they couldn’t find the booking and we were left standing in a large queue. Two out of three toilets were broken, the third became blocked which left the disabled toilet which had no toilet paper! However the food was good although the atmosphere was chaotic and very noisy. I requested a birthday cake that there was no record of."
