I was from valerian because recommended by taxi driver, it was a great choice, we wanted to eat the true Amatrician and we really satisfied, it brought us, as a surprise, also a really delicious dish of polenta with sauce, to follow sausage and broccoletti, coffee treats, all perfect, sympathy, kindness, good price, well deserved stars!

One of the few places where I ate the best meat you could wish for. Even the hot kebabs as a starter were really juicy and delicious as was the meat available in various sizes and sizes... mine was 800gr! I didn't even need a knife for the tenderness and the juiciness could be cut with just a fork! Mozzarella and cheeses are definitely good too.. really nothing negative, in fact the owner Danilo is uniquely friendly, I will often return to visit this very warm little restaurant which stays open until late in the evening so excellent for those who dine very late like us ...
