We came for a quick business lunch. Service personnel was very fast and attentive. Food came in large portions and tasted great. Pricing was more than reasonable and very cost effective.

We had two wonderful dinners at 1912 Restaurant & Bar. We dined quite late 9 / 10 PM and service and meals were excellent. We especially enjoyed our waiter who was top notch and his English was great.

The diningroom was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The waiters were pleasant and attentive. After a glass of prosecco, we opted for the full five-course menu, which was sounded interesting and tempting: red beet carpaccio with lime dressing and cream cheese; mushroom capuccino; yellow tuna sashimi with mango-chili salad; deer medallions with blackcurrant sauce, red cabbage and bacon and nut "spätzle"; and white coffee mousse with sour cherry sauce. All this with a bottle of excellent German red wine. It was truly a memorable New Year's Eve! View menu

Cuisine et service non adaptés à l'image de l'hôtel. La serveuse très froide, distante et peu loquace. La nourriture bonne pour une brasserie, mais très insuffisante pour un hôtel de ce style. Nous étions 3, seuls dans tout le restaurant. 4 autres personnes nous ont rejoint après avoir attendu 30 minutes pour une salade. Nous avons attendu 20 autres minutes pour le plat principal. Les pâtes aux champignons étaient trop cuites. Les croutons sur la soupe à la tomate n'étaient déjà plus que du pain mouillé lorsque la charmante serveuse nous l'a amenée. Nous avons payé 25 € / personne.

Wir waren zum Weihnachtsessen in dem Restaurant.Wir wählten das Hirschgulasch mit Preiselbeeren und die Barbarieentenbrust mit Rahm-Wirsing und Kroketten.Das Hirschgulasch war sehr zart und zerfiel auf der Gabel. Die Barbarieente, schön knusprig und zart rosa gebraten. Durch und durch waren wir zufrieden, die Speisen waren sehr lecker und solide. Außergewöhnlich überraschend gut würde ich allerdings nicht sagen.Der Service war, bei allerdings noch sehr geringer Besucherzahl, leicht überfordert, allerdings nach kleiner Verwechslung, lief der Abend ohne Zwischenfall. Das Ambiente des in einem Hotel gelegenen Restaurants ist relativ kühl und modern, wir fühlten uns allerdings wohl. Das Restaura...

We made a last minute reservation here on Christmas Eve using OpenTable.com, after our original plans fell through. Unfortunately, no one passed that along to the wait staff. The waiter seated us after seeing our confirmation email, but then proceeded to have a loud and rather vulgar conversation with the support staff just out of sight. He assumed that we did not speak German, but we do fluently. We were lucky that we had the email confirmation, as we saw several other groups turned away for not having reservations.It being Christmas, there was a limited menu and he was the only server, so he must have been quite stressed.
