"We went along here for breakfast because of the excellent Tripadvisor reviews and got nothing but a lesson in the school of patience. We arrived at about 09:10, ordered at 09:15 and our cappucinos showed up 30 mins later, lukewarm and rather small. Not completely sure but think it was just a single shot of espresso instead of a doppio. The Müsli and the Omlette were, granted, very nice and good quality but exorbitantly priced. Expect to pay lunch prices for small portioned breakfast and leave with a grumbling belly. As a bit of a coffee fan (I work in a Rösterei/Café) I was not blown away by the coffee itself. Beautiful latté art cannot make up for a mediocre cup of coffee, folks. As to location, very pretty little secluded area off the beaten track so I guess that speaks for it. All in all, a bit bemused as to the popularity and high ratings 220 has. Maybe we caught it on a bad day, but in the end, 30 minutes waiting for coffee and 45 for a small bowl of Müsli just isn't on."

Best coffee by far since arriving in Austria, closest I have found to coffee served in Australia. Also had the porridge which was delicious! Great service!

Selected this venue from TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. The restaurant is quite small so would recommend booking ahead. There was plenty of choice on the breakfast menu. Coffee is delicious. Not an extensive choice for the tea drinkers. Not cheap but worth it.

That was just a great breakfast. We ordered avocado on toast and a breakfast special bacon, egg and avocado sandwich, served with strawberry and rhabarb and a smoothie. The food was extraordinary, like the coffees. The interior was beautiful and there was also a beautiful outdoor area. The staff was nice and friendly. View menu

We visited this lovely cafe shortly before the lockdown in Salzburg. It has a warm, friendly atmosphere we felt very welcome. The coffee is great and the food is freshly prepared and delicious. The staff were helpful and made sure we understood what was happening with the lockdown. I hope the lockdown ends soon and it is back in business. Well worth a visit for coffee , breakfast or lunch.

I had read about this place quite often before I finally managed to go there myself. We went on a rainy afternoon, it was pretty full but we were given a shared table and the waitress immediately brought two glasses of water which every costumer gets as a "welcoming". Nice My friend and I had coffee and a piece of cake each (chocolate-cherry and chocolate-raspberry). The cakes were pretty good and the coffee was ok, though a bit small for those prices. That's why I give a rating of four instead of five. The staff were friendly and the ambience is pleasent so a thumbs up for that!

the place is a bit hidden from the main tourist roads, but nonetheless it is crowded almost all the time (mainly by locals). the place is quite small, so in case you want to get sure to have a table, you better book in advance, nonetheless it might happen that you have to share your table with other guests. The seats are not really comfortable. the menue is quite modest, but of very high Quality. the Restaurant is known for its coffee selection that can also be bought for home use as ground coffee or whole beans. Prices are quite high, serving sizes quite small. Frienliness of staff (Family run) varies. View menu

Our first day in Salzburg, we found 220 Grad. It's a cute, family run business with very cool decor and indoor and outdoor seating. Two of us had the Grun( Homemade basil bread and scrambled ham and cheese), my older daughter had the Susse Croissants (with a home made hazelnut-chocolate spread) and my younger daughter had the Breakfast in July (with lavender ciabattta, jelly, goat cheese and scrambled eggs). We all agreed that all the food was amazing. My eggs and ham were probably the best I've ever had, anywhere. The water is infused with cucumber and basil-delicious and refreshing. The coffee was great and the service was wonderful and they have wifi. I would very highly recommend this pl...

We went to the place thanks to all the amazing tripadvisor ratings and we were severely disappointed. The food (for me some sort of an omelette, for my girlfriend some muesli) was fine, nothing special whatsoever but tasty enough. What was not fine however were the waiting times:From our point of view it is not acceptable to wait 45 minutes for a cappuccino to arrive. The cappuccino was tiny (only a single shot of espresso) and lukewarm. This has nothing to do with adding heaps of milk, I used to work in a roast house and I think of myself that I know what can be expected from a good cappuccino. When the food did finally arrive after more than one hour the two-sips cappuccini were long gone.
