"This was our first stop in Mallorca. After reading reviews I was excited to check it out. It was a beautiful day, and we sat outside. It is about a 2 minute walk from the ocean. Unfortunately, there is not an ocean view. We ordered bread, which came with olives and a delicious aioli sauce. This was not included with the meal, but was inexpensive. We ordered the seafood paella. There was a two person minimum to order (as are most paella restaurant). It was just okay, pretty classic paella and nothing to special. It is a very reasonably priced restaurant."

"Can Benet you beauty. The tapas was the best quality we had in Mallorca and to top it off it was even better value, winning combo. Started off with their ice tea, apple blackberry and Ginger Lemon, add some booze into that and that's a recipe for the ages. The tapas sizes are perfect for sharing, we ordered the Spanish Tortilla, Grandmas meatballs and Chicken Wings, the wings were slow cooked so they were soft and came right off the bone To top it off we had the apple pie that came with vanilla ice cream, all homemade and absolutely banging, reminded me of the apple pie in Winkel 43 Amsterdam. Service and vibe was spot on too, friendly, quick and efficient...as Mallorican as you can get. We'll be back next time. Mucho Gracias Can Benet"

"Es un restaurante muy recomendado y hay que hacer reserva previa, yo llamé por teléfono y aun así nos ubicaron en la terraza cerrada y con estufas, aunque a los postres nos metimos dentro porque el frio ha sido riguroso esta primavera. Hay que pedir el menú degustación, maridado o no, depende de si bebes y de lo que te quieras gastar. Crema de nabos con foie, carpaccio de ternera, negret gratinado con all i oli o solomillo de cerdo negro, son algunos de los deliciosos platos que podreis probar en este lugar. Son cinco platos bastante redondos, bien presentados, y que hacen honor al producto de la tierra y de la estación. Para repetir."

"Pues la verdad es que se encuentra en una esquina preciosa del paseo de Sóller. Las raciones no son muy grandes comparadas con otros sitios, pero los platos están muy ricos. Las albóndigas estaban muy buenas, al igual que el pan con jamón y tomate. Y las patatas fritas crujientes crujientes, mi hija las agradeció. Los precios los que veis aquí. Respecto el agua filtrada, os encontraréis el mismo caso por toda la isla."

"Arrived on a Sunday evening around 7pm.Most of the multitude of restaurants in the area where either closed or devoid of customers. Sa Barca on the other hand was bustling and seemed very inviting. We were brought to a table for two in the middle of the restaurant-then were ignored for ten minutes. Menu's were then presented by one of the servers who was very unwelcoming. Soon after placing our orders we were presented with a lovely amuse-bouche. A small bowl of chilled mint soup.It was delicious. We each ordered a pasta . Ravioli and gnocchi. Both were outstanding -delicious home made noodles in beautifully prepared sauces. We finished our wine.It took a while to find someone who could bring our bill. We paid in cash and needed change. Another huge gap in time waiting for our change.It appeared they were hoping we would give up and leave and provide them with a massive tip) After consulting with three different servers we eventually received our change but by this point feeling stressed and unhappy. This is a fine restaurant in terms of ambiance and food quality. Service however is severely lacking"
