Very nice restaurant with very friendly owners. Chef cooks and very good. I recommend grilled liver and pump steak. There are not many places where you get a good steak.

In this small restaurant in the old town of Ahrweiler, in the pedestrian zone, you can get relatively large portions of cutlets, carvings, hair dryers, salads, soups and simple cheap German and Croatian dishes. There's something for everyone. The wine options are not very good, although this is a wine region city. This is basic food, ok, (good soups) simply not especially. There are better places in downtown Ahrweiler and in the region that I prefer if you want well prepared German food.
