This is a fairly large restaurant in Cortellazo. We visited for lunch, arriving close to opening time. We both ordered the seafood risotto, which was deliciously creamy and one of the best I 've had anywhere. My only criticism was that the waiter was a bit 'pushy ', asking for our drinks order within 15 seconds of sitting down, and encouraging us to buy multiple courses. This would be fair enough at dinner, but it was a very quiet lunch service and about 6 people in a 100+ cover restaurant one course is reasonable and locals were doing the same. Still, a really nice meal and I would eat there again.

We had lunch using a Groupon coupon. We wish we had not. The antipasto they gave me was listed with 4-5 different varieties of fish in the offer, but what I received was only octopus! The first dish had little seafood and the taste was not great. The second dish was actually a small antipasto which consisted of just three shrimps (really only three! and, even worse, the shrimps were frozen: I had the hardest time peeling the shells off! As a dessert they gave me a slice of industrial cheese cake with stale berries on top that was very old: I did not eat it. I must say, the best part of the meal was the coffee. Quite a sad situation…and a rip off. Never again!

I had already been eating at the shrimp a couple of times a few years ago, it is a historic restaurant in courtllazzo. I must say that from the last visit they must have done some work of internal modernization and they have devoted more to the aspect relative to the impiattamento and to compositions of the dishes more refined than before. Even the wine list is much more sophisticated, although a couple of wines I asked for were not in the cellar. in any case very well the mixed hot appetizer, while spaghetti to busara, too loaded with chopped garlic that should be well specified.
