"We stayed there twice in 4 years, always half board to go to the spa and to ski. We had a very good time in terms of hospitality and above all the cuisine, my children, despite being small, still remember delicious and varied dishes but in particular the desserts Clean and spacious rooms. The only flaw concerns the noise at night. The first time it was a sleepless night...since the hotel was quite crowded, people came back and threw their boots...they threw chairs...they spoke in a loud voice despite the warnings in the hotel to show respect at night, trying not to make noise and to be educated. The second time still blank because our neighbor was talking (I think) with his wife...he was criticizing a sister-in-law so we are aware of many unpleasant things regarding her, it was like having them in the room with us, there was absolutely no way not to hear....this happened at midnight...when they finally fell asleep he snored loudly until the morning...ale '!! Maybe the walls are too thin or the wood in the rooms works too well as a sound conductor. But apart from this the hotel is very nice, we had a nice welcome and then......the food is fantastic!!!! It can be said that we are happy to return especially for this reason. I would recommend it considering that you may run into noisy neighbors... but maybe not For the kitchen, however, you can always go without fail!!! Prices are good."

I have known and attended the restaurant minoli for years and I must say that despite the current crisis moments it has managed to maintain unchanged the prices and quality standards of the menu'. I don't give reviews on the part of the hotel as I never dared it.

family-run hotel. typical of beautiful mountain environment cozy and warm as environment with comfortable rooms and wooden walls. The kitchen is fantastic and plentiful we were very satisfied we will soon return with friends. Comfortable being close to the thermal baths.

The welcome was truly disappointing... Too rude people.. Dogs are not welcome only mini size. Go buy cigarettes, for them it's a duty since they belong to the state monopoly, AND YOU HEAR AN ANSWER... WE DON'T HAVE TIME...... they were serving the tables I understand.... But is the service due or am I wrong? They could have said if you can wait a few minutes... Instead, rude and in my opinion even presumptuous people used an answer that deserved 0 but unfortunately it's not possible. I don't know anything else since I went in twice and was very disappointed twice.
