the menu is limited by the attachment to joselito, but the dishes are very well designed and executed. the LC pleasure and its treatment deserves special comendation.

Gastronomic experience. Beautiful night by the end of 2019, so yes we had their New Year's Menu. It is elevated, so it is definitely worth all efforts. Service was top notch, kudos and keep the good work.

the greeting was unfortunately unfriendly and not inviting. our application to a table in the restaurant was rejected and we were assigned a table next to the loud street. the inner remained almost empty until midnight. the service was efficient, but not friendly. eating was okay, but nothing special. the michelin guide award seems not justified. what a pity!

Very good service, in a half casual environment: tasting menu was a pleasure as well built on flavors from one dish to another, culminated in the finale of Sorbet Dessert with lime and rosemary. The staff was friendly and pleasant, and his positive ambience made us feel comfortable and comfortable. Don't miss the Joselito Jamon, which is also a signature at the bar here.

The service, just excellent. The quality of food, incredible. The jam is considered the best in Spain, and it is likely, must be ordered. The Risotto was also far above expectations. More importantly... The pig steak that looks like a cattle steak, but not, is just as excellent. And the desserts are also amazing. we were recommended by our hotel to eat in albora. the first dish was good, no more, the problem started with the main course when my wife ordered fish, she couldn't eat it after she returned it, they came and told us that we were right to give it back and my wife suggested another fish. the second fish was uncooked, here our experience ended, we went disappointed and not understand how she got 1 michelin star.

We decided to give our kids a great food experience, while being in Madrid. And our children and me and my wife got a fantastic food experience. We had the 11 meal course with wine pairings and I just have to say that the food...was spectacular. Why not 5 stars? The food was fantastic, but for a 1 star Michelin restaurant, we expected more from the staff. They did a nice job, but it all went a little bit too fast, so we missed the calmness and finesse and details, we have experienced in other restaurants. But with a price of 71 EUR for 11 servings, this was 5 star value for money experience.
