lunch tasty bites of my man stap mama, amazing eating, service and location. we chose the menu of the Tge day, consisting of bark meat carpaccio and salat, then a duck ball covered with broth crumbs and either fried or often cooked with fondant. kartoffel mushrooms and a foam, then choose dessert. More amazing place can not wait to come back next year

A dinner on the terrace and under the shades was a pleasure. Food is very good if not exceptional, service very friendly and quite efficient and prices relatively reasonable. Perfect location, concerts on Friday night that we liked a lot but might be a bit...noisy for some. A very trendy place that is looking always full, so reservations sound essential.

That is hard to navigate because everything looks so good! We stayed in the attached hotel and actually ate twice at the brasserie. Both times the food was really good, and the staff attentive, professional, and friendly. Definitely recommended. A small footnote: Most of the...staff were wearing their masks below their noses, thus making them useless. I do acknowledge that the mask mandate has finished here, but they should either wear them or not, not a half-way measure.

we visited this restaurant in the anticipation of having an excellent lunch on a sunny warm october day. it was highly recommended by our French friends. we were somewhat disappointed about the service that waiters were not particularly attentive. we ate outside and maybe that was a reason. the presentation of the food could not be failed all our three dishes looked beautifully seductive. the taste was disappointing. a highly selected bottle of .wine was not available and the alternative was bad. it fell far below our experience in st emilion. .

We stayed for one night on January 25th to celebrate my husbands birthday. The hotel is well placed in the centre of beautiful Albi. We received a very warm welcome the reserved. secure garaged parking was easy to access and at the rear...of the hotel. Our room was well equipped and extremely comfortable. We both slept so well, great bed extremely quiet despite its central location. We ate in the restaurant the food was superb along with the service. Would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a lovely visit.

we were recommended to alchimy and visited albi largely to lunch there. However, we were very disappointed and we are quite in vain. we found the service superficially polite, but distracted and inconspicuous. we have requested butter and it is never there. we were in Siberia, and it wasn't even very busy. we took a mix of menu and à la carte dishes. most dishes were quite delicious, but my fish was in stone cold and had a terrible strong fish taste. the red bass on the à la carte menu is replaced by heke on the set menu (why? , and I suspect it was frozen and tasted most unpleasant. they took it away and heat it (instead of roasting it, so it was hot, but still quite terrible. at the end, t...
