"I love the food from this restaurant, but the delivery was extremely delayed, so I had to cancel my order. The delivery driver was probably not happy as payment was in cash. I was not happy either, as I had to leave my house before receiving my food. The excuse of being busy is not acceptable, as they had emailed me a delivery time and were aware of the outstanding orders when I placed mine. If I had known that my order would take an extra hour to deliver, I would not have placed it in the first place."

We have used Alifs for years as a special treat. ... NEVER again.... we ordered a kebab each , which in the past have been gorgeous. They took ages to arrive were DISGUSTING, the small amount of so called meat was like rubber. SO DISSAPOINTING

Ordered a takeaway for 4 people and still sat here waiting over 2 hours after we placed the order. Rang over 40 mins ago to be told it would be with us in a “few minutes”. Don’t bother if you want to eat the same night you order. Will use Bindi at Aspull in future NEVER have this problem with them

We've had two takeaways from here now and got to say it's the best one in the area. I always rate a takeaway on the effort they put into a vindaloo, it's too easy to see it as a has been dish and just throw a load of chilli at it, but Alif's is tasty with just the right spice. It shows a care to me for all their food. View menu

We went again last night for a Friday takeaway. We have been using this Takeaway for many years now and Abdul and staff always have a warm welcome.The food is good quality and so reasonably priced. Really good to watch the show cooking as you can see the food being cooked.Abdul runs the kitchen with absolute precision and it always amazes me how they can get so much good quality food out in such a quick time.

I visited this restaurant three weeks ago and tried the king prawn puri with spicy onions and a full fat tandoori king prawn puri as my main dishes (not starters). The food was absolutely delicious and made my mouth water. The garlic coriander nan was also cooked perfectly. I was impressed by the quality of the food considering how busy the restaurant was. In fact, I plan on ordering the same dishes again tonight!
