most exquisite meticulous fresh creative and delicious meal that I have ever had! What a memorable experience and the attention to detail with the service wow! I am pregnant and they even managed to readjust the menu for me to be safe with the baby. They are so thoughtful 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!! Best dinner in Zermatt! We ate the Local tasting menu. We are disappointed because the flavors are not balanced at all. Raw shrimp grown in Switzerland, as they say, were completely inedible. This is one of the worst experiences in Michelin restaurants, because I had to dine in almost darkness, the table was not lit at all. It seems that the Michelin was awarded not for the food, but for the luxurious environment. The waitress who served us was completely unable to control the situation and started showing her superiority.
