New Year's Dinner was perfect. Very nice staff and food very delicious.

Beautiful well maintained hotel, the rooms are bright and modern equipped, very nice service and super breakfast. We had a pleasant stay.

We've eaten four in the middle of the day, and we were very foul. Our dishes were all at the highest level at moderate prices. The service was extremely friendly and attentive.

I go to Hamburg at least two times a year for business and always stay and eat over here. Both dinner and breakfast is great for reasonable prices. Even if you don't need a hotel, it is great place to have dinner

Toller Garten im Hinterhof. Mich störten die geparkten Autos. Der Ober ein Gedicht, sehr aufmerksam es wurde jede Frage beantwortet! Und erst das Essen, einfach unbeschreiblich gut. Auch meiner Frau hat es sehr gut, Fisch, geschmeckt. Gerne wieder. View menu

We were warmly welcomed for dinner and when the staff realized we had very little German language skills they spoke to us in English and even gave us menus printed in English. They happily provided a pitcher of ice water and kept my glass full! Will definitely return!

We came to this place by chance as we wanted to get out of the highway due to a traffic jam around Hamburg and wanted to get some rest in Hamburg. What we have experienced is five stars: Excellent food, large portions, friendly and accommodating staff and cheap prices. At the next Hamburg visit we are definitely back to the Alsterkrug.

Das Essen war leider sehr trocken und hatte auf jeder Sauce einen Film. Das war komisch. Vieles wurde vergessen und der Service war etwas aufdringlich. Klar sie hatten nicht viel zu tun bei vier belegten Tischen, aber wenn noch etwas im Glas ist, möchte man auch momentan nichts haben!
