Restaurante de comida tradicional bávara, donde además de compartir mesa con los demás comensales, se disfruta de un ambiente festivo, agradable y muy distendido.Buena cocina, buena cerveza, buen servicio y como no, todo en cantidades industriales!!!! No apto para los que estén en plena operación Bikini!

Busy place. Very cosy. Not used to sitting at a table with others but worked out fine. Upstairs was very nice. ore intimate. Waiter was friendly even if he did try to upsell and brought out the wrong main dish. Food was good and warming....Enjoyed the lunch especially the goulash soup. The meatballs were a little pricey though

We went twice to this Wirtshaus as we found the food excellent and the atmosphere friendly and warm. I ad a veal and mushroom ragout which was really good strong taste of wild mushrooms. And my partner had the traditional Wienerschnitzel which he said...was great. The beer's good well, of course, in Munich! And so was the glass of red German wine I had. I came with my husband to appreciate the good beer I was told about. We sit outside to enjoy the view despite the weather C. The waiter took a long time to go take our order and when he finally brought our beers...he asked for us to pay! I don’t know if it was discrimination or the establishment just didn’t wanted to serve outside. If the establishment is not up to serve tables outside don’t put them there! Terrible experience! Ugh

Restaurant was busy but were able to get a table without waiting, service was a little slow and it might of been because I was stuck in a corner under the stairs, when the water finally arrived he didn't mention the specials despite me hearing...him tell other diners. Wiener Schnitzel was ok and he completely forgot to bring my drinks order, by the time he remembered i had finished my food. I guess I was just another passing tourist.

After having had a few bad experiences with other restaurants in the area, we were happily surprised by the accommodating and serviceminded staff, who not only showed an interest in where we came from which is Sweden, incidentally but were also very pleasant and courteous!...The food came quite quickly after we’d ordered, and the waiters were very attentive when we wanted to supplement our order. Additionally, the atmosphere was very warm and cozy, since the dining areas were separated from each other by small walls and fences, almost like dinerstyled booths but much nicer. We went on Christmas Day as we needed shelter from the rain and despite it being heaving with people at around we were able to dry off under the awnings, and next to the heaters on their terrace. Was a little early for us...to eat which was convenient due to every table being occupied and people queuing in the rain with their umbrellas beware, there aren't that many quality places open on Christmas Day, even in the centre, so this was popular for a reason. Friendly staff and good, reasonably priced beer despite the restaurant being opposite the cathedral and in the middle of tourist central. Had we not eaten next door on Christmas Eve, we may well have stayed for a late lunch

The food here is the best I have had anywhere in all of Germany. I actually came back during my week visiting Munich and the owner maybe manager remembered me. He was kind and welcoming as if you’re coming to his home to eat. The...waitstaff was quick, accurate and thorough. They did not seem to mind answering questions and had menus in English thank you!. The beer selection is nice. The thing that stands out here is the food. I came the first time with my sister and a friend. The schnitzel, pork and goulash were amazing. RACIST establishment!!! My family I.e we are south Asian were on a hour layover at the airport, so we decided to come to the Xmas market in Munich to check it out and try some Bavarian cuisine. As we were going through the market,...it started to rain badly an hour after we got there. We were cold and a bit hungry. So we decided to look for a restaurant.
