"It's a shame to write this because we enjoyed our other nights in this restaurant, but... Tonight our 3rd night came here and the service was shocking. The waiter who served us was rude and did not listen to our order. felt like, because we speak English that he didn't care. We waited for the first course for 35mins, then they served us the wrong pastas and claimed that what was before us was what we ordered. It wasn't because it was what we had ordered in the last nights and when our waiter passed the menu and insisted that it was rude what I ordered. It wasn't! Too bad, because if they ran out of the pasta in the kitchen, I would have ordered something else. Communication would have been appreciated. Then they forgot our supplements. This overall experience has left us a bad feeling and we wouldn't come back. As I said, it's a shame to write this because we first loved the place, but don't get the same quality in service, question their quality and feel like we were a second rate customer."

Such a charming and delicious place to eat. Every time I'm in Florence I make a point of dining here. Angiolino's never disappoints. The Pasta is the best in town. I highly recommend eating here!
