Every time I eat there, I eat better and better. great staff! a thing that surprised me positively is the abundance in the dishes, what little seen in the quality restaurants!

We returned after almost four years of absence, at least this is what google says. the place always confirms itself to the top with proposals that literally make it go up already during reading the menu. we chose the 7-course degotation, free choice from the menu, which really made us have fun. the account, in proportion to the average of the premises, is absolutely contained and the local is confirmed as one of our places of heart. nice local with possibility to eat outside in summer. in 6 we opted for 5 course degotation menus. in general all dishes are revealed good but only spaghetti dropped and black cuttlefish and the stuffed pumpkin flower left me the wow effect and memory in the head. well supplied and with a lot of choice, prepared waiters and always ready to explain the dishes on arrival at the table. Let's say that for more than 90 euros per head I expected something more. I'll come back anyway to try again the menu and get the raw ones.

the kitchen is definitely a very subjective question. I liked the location, maybe I'd appreciate more confidentiality. I'm sorry. the appetizer was completely pervaded with marinated citrus fruits, the other flavors were indistinguishable, for me it was too bitter (maybe I did not expect it on a tuna, it is a personal goto). the first, stripped, I ate them willingly, the pasta is of good quality as well as bread. I'd like to see it physically in the pot, there was only a couple of unbalanced tentacles. the good raw, the presentation for lovers of the minimum. Good ice cream.

I thought about it for a long time before deciding whether to review this place or not, then, without wanting to do sterile arguments, I decided. from positive experiences: excellent food, refined raw materials and mixed with estro, new flavors that come from combinations far from discounted. medium friendly, furnished with simplicity, accurate service and very kind waiter. non-positive experiences (attention, I have not written negative): we chose a 4-course degotation menu (as we did in other similar premises) but, frankly, it would have been more correct to define it of 4 degotations.
