"Superb discovery of this atypical restaurant in Villeneuve. The atmosphere is cozy and warm and the small room gives us time to read through all the little anecdotes that are written everywhere. Lots of humor in this restaurant and especially on the part of the waiter, which is super refreshing! As they say so well, “no worries” and that’s perfect! The cuisine is delicious and creative, ultra-local with only good products, and everything is homemade! It highlights ancestral methods of production, harvesting and conservation such as lacto-fermentation. The house cocktail was simply delicious and set the tone for an original meal with herbaceous scents ; Soon, a grocery store will open, allowing you to buy local products discovered and approved by the owners. Lots of beautiful things in sight! A new, even more local menu is also being prepared. I won’t say any more, I invite you to go and discover this place of artistic cuisine!"
