"Visited the bar several times during a stay at the hotel. Card well sorted and cocktails well made. Ambience great, you can take it here. Well trained staff. Unfortunately we had bad luck when we visited. The waiter accidentally spilled 2 drinks while serving, not really that bad for us. Other guests would certainly have reacted very differently here. The dirty coat was taken from us immediately and, because we were house guests, brought to the cleaning. The 2nd jacket, 2 pants and a shirt, which had also gotten wet, were ignored. It was Aperol Spritz and fruit punch, both strong in color. (We then washed the rest of the clothes ourselves, everything went out without a remainder. That they actually brought us the bill for the two drinks that were served again in the meantime, that surprised me a lot. How little tact can you have in such a place? Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. Otherwise like 5 stars, but something like that shouldn't happen here. (Original Während eines Aufenthalts im Hotel die Bar mehrfach besucht. Karte gut sortiert und Cocktails gut gemacht. Ambiente toll, hier hält man es aus. Personal gut ausgebildet. Leider hatten wir bei einem Besuch dann leider Pech. Der Kellner hat beim servieren 2 Getränke versehentlich verschüttet, für uns eigentlich nicht so schlimm. Andere Gäste hätten hier sicher ganz anders reagiert. Der verschmutzte Mantel wurde uns gleich abgenommen und weil wir Hausgäste waren, zur Reinigung gebracht. Die 2. Jacke, 2 Hosen und ein Hemd, welche ebenfalls nass geworden waren, wurden ignoriert. Es handelte sich um Aperol Spritz und um Frucht Punsch, beides kräftig in der Farbe. (Wir haben die restlichen Kleidungsstücke dann selbst gewaschen, alles ohne Rest rausgegangen. Das man uns dann aber tatsächlich noch die Rechnung für die 2 inzwischen erneut servierten Getränke bringt, das hat mich schon sehr verwundert. Wie wenig Fingerspitzengefühl kann man an so einer Stelle denn noch haben? Sorry, aber das passt überhaupt nicht. Sonst gern 5 Sterne, aber so etwas darf hier nicht so nicht passieren."

Nach der umsichtigen, sehr geschmackvollen Modernisierung erstrahlt der Bar Bereich des Atlantic in neuem Charme. Absolut gelungenes Zitat der Stilelemente aus der Zeit der Gründung des Hauses, ergänzt um einen Hauch qualitativ hochwertige, moderne und komfortable Einrichtung. Sehr gelungen! Service überaus aufmerksam und Bartender mixt aus dem gut sortierten Angebot. Bin begeistert!

services are always very friendly and very binding. that makes me and my people absolutely happy to visit each. eating was not the only one in this hospitable house for big eyes! I really like to try new restaurants and am constantly looking for new restaurants, but this restaurant I will be dedicated. from us is a good place. the decoration at the places and throughout the opposite is reasonable and beautiful. the wc is always pure and in everything the local mediates a charming impression.

Wir kennen das Restaurant seit Jahren und fühlten uns auch in diesenTagen wieder sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut durch das Personal. Die Aufmerksamtkeit und Professionalität ist diesem Restaurant absolut würdig. Auch die neue Einrichtung kommt gut zur Geltung, ich bin auf die anderen Umbauten in 2020 gespannt. Unser Essen war mehr wie überragend; der junge Küchenchef weiss was er macht. Mit viel Liebe zum Produkt hat er uns einen kulinarischen Hochgenuss gezaubert den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. very nice hanseatic restaurant. had a nice window seat overlooking the alster. very pleasant staff. there was the classic: sole. very big, very tasty. we were irritated, however, that the boiled potatoes tasted musty (reheated? . that should not happen and has clouded the otherwise great evening a bit. Not the kind of experience I’d expect from a hotel at this level.. Concept is quite confusing and the explanation from our hostess did not really clarify it. Trying to be vegan/healthy etc. and at the same time having a super heavy focus on meats seems a bit like trying to please everyone and rarely do concepts do either side really well. This was the case here. One of the 'health ' items comes in a pretty basic salad bowl and looks like something you get at a build your own salad place.
