"were very disappointed with the cooking of the meat that was served us blue while we asked it to be bleeding. They took it back, but without great success. hot. but blue. the waiter, sympathetic to the rest but a little familiar, gratified us with a "ah you love him bleeding? I prefer it blue"!. how to tell you?. yes, we prefer it bleeding. as when the ordering of the next table that wanted a rib of beef to the point, the boss replied "yes la, I'm going to get groned by the kitchen"!. No, but we're dreaming here, we can still choose the cooking of his red meat, right? Otherwise, we open a butcher shop and not a restaurant. In short, we will not return and encourage this restaurant to be more attentive to their guests in cooking."

a friendly welcome in a friendly setting with a high quality meat and excellent gourmet coffee. All the recipes come together to have a good time. If you add to this, a price-quality ratio more than correct, you have the complete recipe for a restaurant to do when you are on biarritz and you want to avoid tourist traps. Keep going.

You must visit. We went as a large group and were royally looked after. The staff were first grade throughout. The wines were excellent but the meats were the absolute centre pieces. Fantastic aged cuts cooked to perfection. Although away from the centre of Biarritz the short trip is absolutely worth it. We had a feast to a man and I would go back weekly if I could. View menu

we came to eat with our friends without knowing the place too much and we were not disappointed. service is pleasant, relaxed and pro at the same time. meats are very good, the piece is presented before cooking it allows us to see the beautiful quality. the place is much bigger than you can't believe from the outside and the patio is very nice and allows to a little air during the meal without being next to the cars.

do not rely on the purple neon above the entrance. honestly, I got scared when I saw the front façade the first time! But the door past, the frame is superb, the presentation of the meat is not about it! a small intimist interior patio is top and delightful to biarritz! It's the 3rd time I'm going and never disappointed! in a couple with family or friends...The cooking of meat made with wood fire by the boss is excellent! at the service a smiling and impeccable waitress and a charming boss! late service, which is not to be so sorry because tjs is late! then a tip if you're looking for a good address to eat good meat, don't hesitate to go! I recommend the beef rib or the beautiful bull coast!...

"We had only one night to enjoy Biarritz. Our research led us to dine at Le O2 Verdun. It was the perfect choice. Francois took care of us all evening. He was both charming and perfectly attentive. He thoughtfully helped us chose our dishes (there were a couple of additions to the prixe fix menu) and Francois helped describe each dish to us because our French is not so good! The chef/owner is so incredibly talented! This is a Michelin star quality restaurant but it is inexpensive. Don’t let the low fool you! The quality of the dishes and their ingredients was exceptional! Every morsel of every dish was amazing, from the bon bons filled with local cheese and ham that melted in your mouth to the homemade foi gras, to the cod with peppers and spices that were so subtle but perfect, to the calamari special in a garlic sauce that was divine! Their chocolate fondue and brioche French toast were delicious! We were stuffed! All of that deliciousness for less than 60 Euros, 29.90 each! Of course, we paired it all with a variety of white and red wines. Francois was kind enough to help us as we chose each glass to pair with the food. Their wine list was not very extensive, but there were plenty of good choices at more than reasonable prices, both by the glass and by the bottle. If you have one night free in Biarritz, you MUST try this restaurant! You will be so happy you did!"
