Cuisine surfaite et accord plats avec les vins discutable. Ne mérite pas une étoile . De plus les prix sont exorbitants : 170 € par personne pour la St Valentin....22€ la coupe de Champagne, 7€ la bouteille d'eau, 6€ le café....c'est trop

Absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed the AA Menu at lunch before returning to GVA for our flight home. The food was creative, beautifully presented, with incredible flavours, and served with precision. Chef Ivan, and staff, are super friendly and made us feel incredibly welcome. We hope to return!

a quality kitchen see excellent damage that the stereotypical service lacks soul and smile. Room butter. it would have been nice for us to offer cheese even if it was in addition to our good gift the presentation of the tray was rather pleasant. make your judgment that we may not have fallen on the right day to smile.

A surprising and captivating experience. Care given to every detail. The dishes are delicate even in their vegetarian version, the sequence is perfectly delivered as is the wine accompaniment. Finally, I would like to add that although it may be fine and tasty, it really does have the feeling of a hearty meal... you feel nourished and the contract of a journey of the senses is perfectly fulfilled!

Un accueil chaleureux avant un repas de qualité de bout en bout , un accord mets-vins original et parfaitement adapté, des cafés sublimés par une proposition de mélanges d’épices et de « sucres maison ». Le tout avec un service efficace assuré par le chef et son assistant, ceci permettant un bel échange sur les plats, l’histoire de l’établissement et la merveilleuse abbaye contiguë. Un moment de pur bonheur.

We offered a box purchased on the hostel website to our parents. Original and tasty cuisine but Our parents regretted the atmosphere and the somewhat cold welcome of the restaurant. But above all, we offered a homemade aperitif, 3 small glasses of wine to each of our parents and two coffees without showing the menu with the prices. Result 150 euros. 8 euros for an espresso. 6 euros per carafe of water. 22 euros an aperitif. Even if the cuisine is excellent, that does not justify these practices.
