"We arrived late for lunch sans reservation after touring Carcassonne but the lwelcoming proprietor took us in anyway. A charming place along the main road of the Dominican town (worth strolling through) with the proverbial dog snoozing in the doorway. We all ordered truite meunière that was cooked to perfection and came with shaved, curled crispy potatoes. Two of us had a lightly dressed Roquefort salad, the other two a platter of local charcuterie -both satisfactory, with white wine for us ladies and red for the men. The dog made sure there was not a scrap left for him, the proprietors advised us not to walk to Fanjeaux but told us we must go there. And so we went."

Very nice stop than this inn. we ate very well (local and fresh) for a very nice price 19 euros. The lady who was doing the service is more very nice! A friendly moment.

warm welcome in this family hostel. you will find the dishes and flavors of ancient pure happiness. The cassoulet is a slaughter. We strongly recommend this table that is worth the detour.

We have been to Auberge Du Dominicain many times whenever we go to this part of France. The food is truly wonderful, the atmosphere is lovely, and Elaine the hostess/owner is wonderfully welcoming. We tried many of the items on the menu and all were wonderful but I would highly recommend the mushroom soup and the cassoulet de confit which is made by her mother and is truly wonderful. It is very family friendly and a truly wonderful way to spend a lunchtime or evening View menu

we came for a family dinner and ordered dessert flat-entry menus. We waited more than an hour after the entrances to have our dishes. For helene, the owner is quite normal. This is the price you have to pay to eat their home fries (very good elsewhere). So, if you decide to go, you already know, you'll have to wait. ah! and above all don't tell her what you don't like, she's gonna take it wrong. as we asked her if there was still a long time to have our dishes and we ordered the desserts afterwards (the story of not waiting too long), she put us on the table the desserts before finishing our dishes. Thank you.

This is typically the kind of restaurant we would like to meet more often on holiday. authentic décor, nice smile, very smiling service. We offer you a kir to the violet as a welcome gift. Then, on the map, it's a tasty meal festival. It's very good and it's home. I loved the local fashion tripes and the twisted fries that accompanied them were delicious. Nice strange decor, with the old zinc years 50 still in its juice. all around, an incredible amoncellement of green plants. We would believe in a florist!noting that the house also sells artisanal gastronomic products from the region. Moderate prices. We get out of here with a smile!
